I’ve lived in Newnan for the past 16 years. Summergrove is one of the largest subdivisions in Newnan. It has multiple pools, parks and playgrounds and a very nice lake. There are several different neighborhoods within Summergrove with different price points. There is also a Marketplace with restaurants, gas station, daycare center, Dentist office, veterinarian office and it is a starting point of the LINC. The LINC is an outdoor walking, biking trail that extends from the east to the west side of the City of Newnan. Thank you for showcasing our town!
Nice neighborhood, and well kept. That house was cheap for $395k. The third home does need some TLC, and I would definitely hop on that one. Arbor Springs is really nice, it seems to be more of a mansion like style of homes there.
Just been looking through your videos to learn more about newnan. You mentioned Northgate High school is a sought out high school. Which high school in newnan would you say is the most diverse? Thanks for great videos!
