I very much liked your 55+ walk thru. I currently live in a 55+ community in VA and one of the selling points is that children can be visitors only. That is huge for those of us who and raised children who are on their own. To allow children into the Newnan community is NOT a selling point for some of us. The homes you showed looked great and are similar to what we have here in VA. Would you do more 55+ in the future?

These were $200 $250k houses at best just 3 years ago (Especially in Newnan). $300k would get you 3000sq ft on 5 acres!!! I guess times have really changed!
I visited Sun City Peachtree in Griffin, GA in May. I like all of the amenities they offer. I would like to see other 55-plus communities but due to my work schedule, I'm not able to travel to explore other 55-plus communities in other states. I wish I could but I can't. These types of videos help me so much and they are very informative and give me great insight. I plan on visiting in May 2024. Raymond, I would like to see more videos on 55-plus communities if possible. I watched a video you posted of a home in an active adult community by Kolter Homes in Peachtree, GA. The home in Sun City Peachtree fits within my budget. Thanks, Raymond for the video!
Raymond, people who complain about the builder's choice in shelving types or shower enclosures or whatever the build features may be are not in the market to buy anyway. In other words, even if the builder's choices were to the liking of those that complain, those same folks who complain are not in the market to purchase those homes or any other homes. That's my two cents.

Love this so much, the amenties, are great, kitchen is amazing and love the openness. The yard the space between the other homes a plus.
