Ive been doing this routine for about 5 days now. Should I be working on strengthening my core and back with still having the disc herniation with pain? I only have pain om the right side of my lower back and down my leg. Never pain anywhere else.

I need to do this majorly. Im only 26 and suffer with a bad lower back. What would you recommend to help that? My pain is in the small of the back area and sometimes goes down my leg
Yeah this routine is great for back issues :) But make sure you check out the masterclass video too (the longer one on the homepage) as it will give you some more guidance :)
I'd recommend you taking an MRI just to be sure if it's a bulging disc. To me, it sounds like one, giving the fact that I had the same symptoms early this year. But nonetheless, their program helped me a ton in doing the right things and not injuring my back even more. Can recommend them 1000% 🎉❤

I am having disc dessication l4 l5 and the pain is on the lower back right side with no pain on the leg.....can you please suggest some exercises
