    Ingredients:
    1 Cup Dosa Rice
    1 Cup grated coconut
    7-8 Cardamom
    1 Cup grated jaggery
    Pinch of salt
    Ghee/Oil
    Preparation:
    Soak 1 cup dosa rice for 4 hours. After 4 hours, add it in mixi jar along with 1 cup grated coconut and 7-8 cardomom and grind into fine paste.
    Add 5-6 Cup of water, 1 cup grated jaggery and mix it well until the jaggery is completely dissolved.
    Cook this on a thick bottom pan on medium flame and stir continously until it becomes thick and separates from the pan.
    Transfer this to a plate which is greesed with ghee or oil and spread it evenly. Let it cool for 2 hours. After 2 hours, cut into small pieces and is ready to be served.
    Special Tips:
    Even it can be put in refrigerator to cool faster.
