We cn set it in small cups instead of plates ..so that we cn get this in cup shape.
We cn use Vanilla or Rose essence instd of ilaichi powder for sm variety in flavour.wth rose essence we cn sprinkle sm dried rose petals in the mixture aftr or before setting it in bowl or plate.

yes you can if you wish .You can add flavours and essence and do shapes of you choice but i have tried to make traditional Duddali ,which I grewup eating and still cook the same way.
