เอวารินทร์ In Thai, it means someone who has power over the river.
เอวารินร์ (Evalia) Originally it was the spirit of the goddess of water. It serves to cleanse the soul for rebirth. But she's been lonely for a long time. She began to seduce the young man to be with her and imprison the spirit. She abuses her power by flooding the entire village so she won't be lonely.
Because of this, the laws of the spirit world were upset, and Vaisravana, the god of Yaksha (ogres) ,Ghost, and demons, became so angry that he cursed her to remain under the river forever.

I'm Thai, you got the main point of the song. I'll tell what's going on in details. It'll be quite long, so brace yourself:
Evarin(Vtuber-Evalia) is the goddess of the Ganges River. Her duty is to cleanse the souls of their memory and send them into reincarnation system, where they will be reborn and pay for their good and bad deeds with their respective victims (karma). However, having sent countless souls has caused loneliness to grow inside her heart, so, she decided to keep some of the souls, from multiple time periods and status e.g. the red guy is a shaman and nobles (notice the clothes of the men came from different era in Thailand, the less clothes, they wear the older the period). Dancing in Thailand is a way of expressing your emotions in storytelling, in this case she is flirting with each men, notice how their movements are gentle and synchronised.
THIS, however, destroy the 3 world(heaven, human world, hell) ecosystem. Good deeds aren't being rewarded and heinous acts goes unpunished. Why? Well let's say A robbed B, A will be robbed or punished in one way or another by B or someone else. Another case, C saves D life, in the future he will helped when he is in trouble. If Evalia keeps their souls, A will go unpunished(he won't go to hell) and C will be unrewarded(he won't go to heaven). Everyone is linked through the karmic cycles, thus causing catasthrophic damage even to others that she did not captured.
Eventually her actions caused chaos in all three realm and Vaiśravaṇa(ท้าวเวสุวรรณ) the thai giant god who protected the human race, has to come down and confisicated her of her powers. Here he is also dancing, his dance language expressing anger, indicated by the stomping and pointing at her. The scene you see a bunch of debris in the water is her destroyed abode(Most deity have their respective abodes) representing her stripped title. At the end you could even see a ruined old thai wooden house next to her. He cursed her so she will stayed down at the bottom of the Ganges river forever. The hands that were pulling her down are one of the souls she imprisoned, their hand shrivelled and rotten under the water. Also, the men who she imprisoned came from different thai folklore e.g. Chalawan. At the end her hair and eyes color faded to a lighter colors because she's been in the water for a long time.
Om akkhi gangaṇaṃ vayo apo thīna nāmapada,
Dutiyampi akkakhi gangaṇaṃ vāyo apo dhāraṇa nāmapada,
Tatiyampi akkhi kongkanam vayo apo dhina namaphada etc. This is the chant of Phra Phai, the god of wind. It is a spell to help protect and keep people safe when traveling from water, wind, storms, and fire.
5:14 This is a poem called the "Klxn s̄ī̀".

I believe this is based on goddess of water/river thai mythology lore which is called "เจ้าแม่คงคา" or in english "Ganga" as the chanting indicated in her dancing sequence and her banishment to the abyss sequence I don't know how accurate the lore in the song is to the actual thing though.
Very glad that more people are acknowledging ARP, this agency has more than enough music to offer - almost every kind now too I suppose
I really love your attention to the details inside the MV! This piece is based from Goddess of Water/River in Thai mythology (Gangha / Khong-ka), but the piece itself tells a slightly different aspect.

Evalia is Vtuber from the Vtuber group named 'Algorythm Project' or ARP from Thailand.
This song (Endless Echo) is her original lore/background song. And release when she had remodeled. In the song, there are a lot of Thai cultures eg. wall painting, Thai traditional dance, Nang Talung (Shadow puppet), and some religious elements too.
The lyric is in the poem, so some words are old words that are rarely used now.
If possible. I would like you to watch the other songs from ARP too. There are a lot of great and cool songs there.
