As Thai. There are a lot of ancient word that only use in poem not daily conversation and actual chanting language(not Thai) in this song. Most of instruments are thai traditional instrument. The song is story about goddess that have duty to salvation souls and free them from reincarnation circle. For decade the goddess fell lonely and decided to trap souls for herself. By beauty and spell she charmed them easily. Then the divine punishment came for her wrong deed. The goddess was sealed deep underwater where the light couldn’t reach. Her voice still remain and endless echo wish for someone to unseal her from imprison curse.

"Kongkha" (Not Ganga, India) is the spirit of water. who have a rank comparable to that of a low-class god
And in the Thai language, the word "Kongkha" besides meaning "water" or "river" also means "stuck".

edit : i recommended you 'blessing of the nephilim' as well , that song very similar to this song but instead of thai traditional instruments , it's use european one with fany ancient words just like this. (they're from the same project , 'shen yue' there's one chinese song as well using chinese instruments)
The lore I can understand from the MV is, she's like a deity who's tasked with the duty to clean the souls of peoples who has passed away, doing her duty for so long, long enough to make her succumbed to her loneliness and commit felony of trapping souls of people to stay with her.
Learned of her wrong doings, the god passed down the divine punishment and banished her to underwater abyss for eternity with their curse.
Now, she who seems to calmed down after the punishment is only singing in hope for someday, someone will come and release her from this curse.

the wording in thai used a more poetic words. the english translation are correct but not as poetic in comparision :)
some additional info, this song theme is mainly playing with the name of the goddess "Kongkha", originate from Sanskrit word "ganges" which means 'river'. and another words in thai which consist's of "kong" and "kha" which means 'still' and 'stuck'

This song (Endless Echo) is her original lore/background song. And release when she had remodeled. In the song, there are a lot of Thai cultures eg. wall painting, Thai traditional dance, Nang Talung (Shadow puppet), and some religious elements too.
The lyric is in the poem, so some words are old words that are rarely used now.

Yesterday is Loy Krathong Day in Thailand, it
is the day that Thai people floating krathong
into the river to worship for Ganga, the
goddess of river. In this song, Evalia is kind of
goddess who in charge of clearn off good or
evil in people soul with water before they go
to their afterlife realm. However, she struck
with this job for an eternity, so she feel so
lonely and that make her start to collect a
man soul with some spell. Then she got her
punishment because she abuse of power.
