You did awesome with the dominos, what seems to work for me for layering is using the mat to hold the first layer still then using the taco method and adhering the layers that way then transferring once it’s completely layered
I am going to attempt dominoes soon and this was so helpful! In some of the other tutorials I've watched, they were using nail dotting tools to paint. Maybe that'll be helpful for you too. Super excited to give this a try!

These weren’t really jagged. But you can definitely sand them, the only thing is you would need to do a very light coat of resin to bring back the shine
Great job, I have a cricut maker and explore have never really had issues with vinyl letters of any size I usually don't use cricut blades I buy the 60 degree german carbide (I believe thats the name) off amazon and they work great. I also try to use one blade for just vinyl and a different one for paper etc. Also watch Mr. Crafty Pants he has a great tip for using parchment paper when layering vinyl.

Lovely project!! This may not be seen, but I had a couple of trial & error tips from using my maker also if you haven't already added these to your list: Use the intricate cut settings for those fine details. I was able to cut thin lines into vinyl for a wedding box. Sticker paper and expoy works well. The only thing is that my stickers looked like they were dipped in cooking oil under clear expoy. I didn't know making dominos were so straightforward. I'll have to try it!
What’s the curing time for the resin? Imma be honest with you, your struggle with that transfer paper validated meeee!!!!😆😆😆 but your bravery layering was impressive! Girl I would have torn that “E” and “R” to pieces. Very nice!

They look great ! I have dominoes but the mold is so shallow. The one you use seemed deeper, making the dominoes more substantial. Where did you get your mold ?

I have a problem wiping away the wet acrylic paint, it usually comes out of the holes no matter how careful I am. Also, when I do print to cut I get lines in my images I really don’t know why.

When using the transfer tape, scrape both sides. I find scraping along the back side helps transfer your vinyl way better

How long do it take for the first part to dry and can I use a dryer to speed up the process?
One day traditionally, but I use a toaster oven so it takes about an hour to a hour and a half.
Wouldnt it be faster to paint the molds before pouring

Where do you get the box

Wonderful video. As far as your Cricut maker, have you tried changing your blade out? That may help with the smaller cuts.

Hey!! I make my decals 1.5 in width and .9 in length. Epoxy is a type of resin, unless you mean epoxy or uv resin but I use epoxy for the final coat.

For the resin i do 24 hours but some people only do 8-10. & thank you!! Transfer paper and i always go at it 😂
How do you take off the smudges on the dominoes, so they look more clean and clear. Under the light I was seeing smudges.

I have a question when you sand them do they get scratched or loose their shine mine looked scratched and not shiny don’t know what I’m doing wrong,
I don’t sand mine for that very reason. The mold i have has round corners so mine aren’t really sharp

For me, after. I use the pink and white embossing tool from dollar tree and it works perfectly!

If your Cricut is having problems cutting small it is time for a new blade. Also. Try using paint pins for the dominos
