Hi. Thank you for your lovely comment. ☺️ 1. My cake pan is 20 cm. / 8 inch. 2. The mango is naturally sweet so I didn't add extra sugar for the topping. If you like it more sweet, you can def add more. 3. Yes, you can make your own mango puree using frozen mangoes. 4. Yes, you can add maple syrup (1/4 cup to 1/2 cup), or dates (8-12 depending on the size) for the filling. Hope you like. Happy new Year to you too. 🥰

what is the size of the spring pan ? I noticed that at 3:05 there's quite a lot of that puree left in the blender after you filled the pan. Is the measurement of your recipe somewhat off then?
