  • We take our rented Tesla Model Y from UFO Drive to try public CCS charging at a local supermarket in Viborg Denmark. How easy it? How fast is it? How long did it take to charge? We try to answer all of those questions.

    43kW AC is 63A 3 phase. To my knowlege, only Renault Zoe with Continental motor can take that much charge. But, it does bot have CCS, so it is the fastest that car can take.

    At some European charging spots, do you have to bring your own cable? I remember hearing something like that.

      AC charging you need to bring your own cable. DC always use cable of chargpoint.
