Thanks for the recipe ideas. I live beside a sourdough/spelt baker so sandwiches are a go to on the farm! A twist on an African dish I do, is a very spicy peanut butter chili(the original was a spicy tomato peanut butter wild boar dish). That gave me the idea to combine sliced tomato, peanut butter(instead of mayo) and a hot sauce(Sriracha works well).. filling and yummy!
Oh my gosh, your ryebread is like the national bread of Denmark. We eat it for lunch like everyday❤️❤️
It has a slightly nutty and earthy taste. If you want a more moist type, get one with carrots in it. It's also normaly a sourdough bread, so it's good for your gut🤗❤️

I’ve never used raw leaks, looks delicious! Not sure if I’ve seen vegan creme fraiche in my area, hoping I can use unsweetened, unflavored vegan yogurt…All of these sandwiches look very tasty! Love the lettuce growing on your countertop.

I often make “egg salad “ I like to change it up with different flavors like curry with a mango chutney spread or pesto and sun dried tomatoes. My favorite is adding harissa and chopped toasted walnuts to the mayo and topping with an arugula/red onion salad. I will usually use lease for my bread and make a warp as it’s easier to eat IMHO. A sandwich and salad or soup is my go to meal. TYFS, stay safe and healthy everyone ❤️
