This is literally just hashbrowns with pizza sauce and shredded cheese on top. My father makes hashbrowns for breakfast every Sunday morning with his eggs. There's nothing unique about this.

Butj back to my original gripe, a lot of people put ketchup and shredded cheese on their hashbrowns, so just replace ketchup with pizza sauce, and cheddar with mozzarella, and you have this.
