Respect your opinion, but for me, after using a pair of hydro moc for a month, I bought another 3 different colors just for rotations, they're so comfortable, they are great all around clogs
Thanks for doing a review of these. As someone with slimmer feet as well I know their would be space from the top of my feet to the top of the shoe. I had a similar issues with crocs but the foot need keeps your feet stationary so you don’t have to worry about the shoe slipping off.
I'd take my hydromocs all day everyday.. Sold my crocs and bought another hydromocs hahaha! Crocs get loose often specially in different terrains if you plan on a short hike, island hopping and different land terrains. Whereas the HydroMocs are more secure given the additional heel support and if you use the strap if you plan to be more adventurous. Plus, the classic clogs looks like your typical grandma slippers.
I wear a 11.5 and had to exchange for a size 10 but once i got the right sizing I’ve completely fallen in love w them. Might be the most comfortable foam water shoe. Highly suggest sizing down
@@MrBaldChronicles. I know exactly what you mean, felt so strange at first. I keep a pair of crocs handy also because how easily they slip on and off. Hydromocs for when im doing more active stuff.
I wear true to size 11, but had to go a full size down in these, so a mens 10, and even then they’re pretty spacious in the front. I went with a womens 11 (mens 9.5) but I catch my toes touching the front a good bit. Not awful, but much better without socks. Love the looks much more than crocs. Sorta align with the style of the Yeezy Foam Runner. Hype aside with Foam Runners though, they have texture inside and are extremely squishy. I’m hoping they drop them in mass quantities so I can get them for their retail price, because scalpers have made them completely unobtainable.
I do like the look a lot better than the crocs myself. It’s just the feel for me. I need comfort vs look though. Yah I went a half size down and that was perfect fit. There’s too much room from top of the foot to shoe and I don’t like that either. Maybe they will make a part two and change some things up.
I disagree completely. I bought my first Crocs (All Terrain model) and thought they were good. Then I tried the Hydro Moc and think they're fantastic. As water shoe, as a trail shoe, and an all around town shoe. Way more comfortable than Crocs, and they grip concrete like nobody's business. The only advantage Crocs have is they can be slipped on no handed. That's it. I bought 5 Hydro Mocs in a 2 month time span, and my 1 pair of Crocs is now only for taking out the trash. Get y'all some Hydros.
Lol that’s cool, yah they look cool it’s just a slippery shoe, it’s like they’re made with oil and rubber mix. I don’t like the feel of the grooves on the inside. Enjoy your weekend.
@@MrBaldChronicles. but if you haven't worn then as a water shoe, how can you judge the performance.? I actually have taken them to a water park and didn't slip or fall a single time. They never even came loose, let alone off.
Yah I got them for regular wear and water. The fact I didn’t like the feel without water, I definitely wouldn’t want to wear them wet. They’d be way too slick for me. My crocs don’t slip. But everyone prefers a different feel. I don’t like slimy oysters either lol.
I’m sorry but everybody is entitled to there opinion but yours sucks crocs are extremely outdated and way more uncomfortable than any croc but I still respect your opinion
yes. i think the size is not right for you. I have one bought for camping, Got to say I felt secured whole day while camping, during the second day it rain so the campsite becomes a bid muddy but it held up throughout the day I've used it. my only comment is it felt more like a shoe than a crocs (which is good thing for me), it's really secured in grassy surface and mud as well.
@@MrBaldChronicles. yeah, I respect your opinion specially on the feels, but one thing I notice in the video on 2:13 you feet is sliding front to back that means it's larger that what it recommends (the thing in the back makes you don't do that), maybe you should go full size down which what the salesperson recommend for me I'm a 10 and I bough 9 (it's still spacious in front). I just don't get that you felt slippery on it. Maybe we have different shape feet (narrow or wide) than me. I had a bad experience in crocs. when silt or mud enters it the crocs is slippery as hell, mocs on the other hand I don't feel worry about mud entering my shoes, They are both great shoes at the end it's what your prefer that you will use. maybe I'm just baffled that you feel slippery on those shoes.
I’m a 10 and half so I had to get a ten, same with crocs and those are perfect. The fit isn’t the issue, it’s the oily rubber, slippery, and the grooves on the bottom of my feet. It’s not smooth or a light texture, it’s lines cut out. It’s like driving your car over a road with a bunch or tar lines. I want smooth or consistent light texture. The lines under my feet are random with no purpose. Cheers
You shouldn't buy Merrelle! They are made for people with wide feet and high arches! You have more of a Puma and Adidas foot! Narrow and flatter arches.
Lol, thanks for the comment. Read the comments, the size is perfect but the shoe is overly big, the size is off top to bottom. It’s the material and foot pattern, texture I have an issue with. Cheers mate.

Glad you like them. I just can’t. They look super cool though.
Same bruh I just bought now with bloom. Cool clogs for cool dude like us💪😎👍

Right on

I agree Mocs look better, the feel wasn’t right for me though. Lots of people love them though, I wish I did.

My size front to back felt right, I just didn’t lick the oily material and size top to bottom

These get overall pretty good reviews and feedback.. but good point. Sweat.. watering the grass etc
Try Kane shoes man

You can slip hydro mocs on with one hand too all you gotta do is pull on the back tab
@@gotworc I misspoke. I meant "one handed" as no handed. I corrected it
Hey I can already tell you bought them too big?! I heard they even tell you to go down a size bc they do run generously larger.
I did go down just like the crocs. It’s the material and pattern on my feet. The length was perfect, it’s the top to bottom
I’m sorry but everybody is entitled to there opinion but yours sucks crocs are extremely outdated and way more uncomfortable than any croc but I still respect your opinion
Yah they don’t look as cool as the merrell but I choose comfort and function first.
Thanks for the review fam. I'm gonna wear socks, so hopefully that works 🙏🏽
Let us know how you like them with and without socks
i really wanted to like the hydro moc but after trying them in store, it didn't feel like there was enough cushion
That too
You got the wrong size bro
No, the size was great end to end. It’s the feel of the design on the bottom of my feet and the oily feel.

It’s the feel and material for me, then the fit

You're trippin bro the hydro mok is waaaaaaaaay better
It does look way better, I just wish it felt better. I gotta go with comfort, the feel.
You shouldn't buy Merrelle! They are made for people with wide feet and high arches! You have more of a Puma and Adidas foot! Narrow and flatter arches.
I have steel toe Merrell, love them.
It’s because you got a size that is to big
It’s not the size, it’s the material and feel. Top to bottom size doesn’t change. Length was perfect.
я не носил никогда кроксы но недавно купил гидромоки и они очень крутые
This guy is like 5 yr old boy don't know what size he buy now he's crying in front us , the shoes is to big how you become comfortable on that 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Lol, thanks for the comment.

He has no clue about water shoes
I guess not lol
