Feeding the cow alcohol before butchering is one of the reasons it is called Kobe? There are other types of Waygu.
Hmm even if it's wagyu with all of those fats. It's not going to be delicious if you don't put any spices on. :)
actually thats not completely true. wagyu fat is supposed to taste like bone marrow, which is very rich and only needs salt, pepper, or nothing.
