This is a great video. I have a 2018 Sorento and I can't delete my pre-sets. Any idea what I should do?

Thanks for the question Since there is no delete for presets you could try pulling the fuse to the infotainment screen wait 60 seconds, and then push it back in place and see if that resets them, otherwise you just have to try and replace the ones you don’t want with ones you do. I JUST WATCHED AGAIN, THANKS, I GOT A 2018 SORENTO. WHEN MY PHONE IS ON BLUETOOTH I CANT HEAR ANY OF MY TEXTS, DID U KNOW WHY ? PS IM NOT YELLING I LIKE CAPS

Thanks for the question. I’m wondering if you accidentally pushed the privacy button which causes the text not to be heard? It will be part of the pop up window when you receive a text. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
