    Builds trust
    1. Congruency in words/behaviors across time
    2. Consideration of one another
    3. Emotional connection
    4. Open communication
    5. Vulnerability
Need partners to want to work through repair
Understand why things happened the way they did...ask partner to identify root
Honest discussion, recognize unmet needs “what led up to you doing whatever damaged trust?”
    Don’t take their actions personally
    Validate partners feelings not behavior
...Openness, emotional connections d awareness helpful...
Identify what we need to rebuild trust, set realistic expectations
Hold space for partner to communicate needs
Fill in details, strategize, how to meet one another’s needs

This woman communicates these concepts and processes so well. No doubt she is an excellent helper in these matters. Thank you!

I completely agree. And not only does she communicate the concepts so well, you can tell she is a genuinely kind person. In the way she laughs at her mistakes and in the way she speaks to the viewer are just two examples. But most importantly, as she expressed in the video, she just wants to help people. That is why I believe she is and will be successful.

Absolutely 👍 she nails it in her approach and her ummm... emotional logic??... She puts into words exactly what I was thinking but have difficulty articulating some of the time. Certainly in the moment and with my history! Psychologically Sound and interestingly captivating. You're right she definitely Cares. I'm 36 and I'm going through a bit of a paradigm shift in my personal life, and I'm glad (but oddly not surprised 😉) that I stumbled upon her videos. Considering seriously joining her class or whatever it is. I think she's doing good work 👍👍👍😊 I KNOW she is

Oh, Thais. People would listen for 3 hrs here BUT the courses are really a process. These are like lanterns in the dark
The courses are like a team of electricians coming in rewiring and illuminating your whole house!

I would love to listen to you for three hours. As it is I take a lot of notes and exercise the tools you have given in these videos and that alone has really changed a lot for me and the people around me.

I just want to say that I really admire you as a business woman. When you were saying that you give as much as you possible could at that high level, I stopped what I was doing to listen.

I am so grateful for you and your content. I was in a place where I did not trust standing up for myself and my feelings and would bottle it up. I didn’t even know what I was feeling and when I was happy i actually became scared to the point where I self sabotaged. I am learning to trust in myself because of your information. A lot of hereditary trauma being resolved right now. 🙏

I came here for learning about my DA ex....I learnt about myself...I learnt, that many of the problems of my relationship were not mine! And cannot be fixed by me.
I thought love would heal everything, I thought I could love selfless enough, learnt different love languages...
OK, I outgrew myself, proved motivation, patience, forgiveness ... Finally I think, I can make a pretty good mate. And NOW I am ff to explore the world!

Can you help someone who has broken trust? There's alot of information which is frustrating for the person who's trust is broken but not much for what you need to do if you want to regain trust if you are the person who has broken the trust.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. my (ex) girlfriend dumped me 2 weeks ago and with the help of my therapist (and your videos) I’ve identified Shes definitely a fearful avoidant. Due to the stress of the Corona virus(cause big life changes), she started over thinking, making issues where there were none, and started fearing commitment (we dated two months, were in the honeymoon phase). Everything you say perfectly aligns and helps me understand SO much more. Your videos are the best out there by far. If you see this, I do have a question though. In terms of reaching out, if she is fearful and the relationship ended at only two months (everything was great before the virus brought issues), when do I break no contact to attempt communication? Thanks so much for your videos and help!

    • @kgmfencing9835
      @kgmfencing9835 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

From experience. Don't contact them. Let her come back to you. I kept reaching out to my fearful avoidant ex and just pushed her further away.

@@alexisjadefilms I reached out and got blocked. I only said hi how are you and your son doing during Lockdown.
Harsh. I feel even worse but I should not have reached out.

Way Haught first thing’s first and stop saying she was over thinking or that she was making up problems where there “were none”. The issues were very real to her, I’m sure.

I messed up. I struggled for a period to trust due to triggers. I accused her of something she didn't do and broke her trust. Shes very disconnected and unsure and now I feel like its going to end if we dont get help. I'm broke due to covid and can really use some help. I begging for grace here. I begging for help. I love her so much. I made no excuses for my actions and I've made an effort to repair but she seems so hurt that she doesn't believe she can trust me. Please help me

If we sense there is a trust issue but we don't know what one did to cause it, how do we get them to open up about what you did that caused the issue?

Is it better value if I sign up monthly as it says "Permanent access to all current and future learning content." is included in that subscription. I think I particularly want to do this course: Healthy and Passionate Relationships after Emotional Pain (Re-Programming the Fearful Avoidant Attachment Style)
if I don't find another one on your site but it would be nice to peruse them all. Thank you for your time. You're so great!
