Thanks David! Amazing how most lower joint maladies relate right back to what we were born to do and do every single day of our lives, bar some tragedy. …walking!!! Learning to use my glutes in concert with my feet has been the single most important skill I’ve learned in decades. Thanks for all your help!!

I have the knee pain where I can't even bend my knee at all for usually only a few hours, every single year around the same time in the fall. Since it only lasts a few hours I've never been able to show a doctor what was going on. But when it first happens I can feel and hear what feels like a tear, a sharp twingy pain in the kneecap and then I have to keep my knee straight or it feels like my entire tendons or whatever is going to rip in half. I don't think I've ever noticed a really large bubble. This time it just won't heal and it has been over 24 hour but I'm about to go out of town and didn't want to bother trying to get a doctor's appointment so this video is extremely helpful. I also now understand the importance of getting it diagnosed and making sure that it doesn't turn anything worse than sit has been starting to get more frequent. Thank you.

I love your videos. I need to tell you, there is no way I could hold an ice pack on my hurting knees, omg, it would make it worse. I can't stand the cold ❄ because of this pain

Very very helpful to my specific condition. I have employed your glute exercises advice (recommended in earlier videos). I am now currently pain and swelling free. I specifically do Roman Dead-Lifts with the heaviest dumbbells that get me from 12 to 15 reps, for 4 sets twice per week. I write this comment to say THANK-YOU! 🙏

Of all the videos available on TH-cam about hip arthritis l find your’s the most helpful! I don’t think my hip and groin pain is due to ware although l may be wrong. I was in very good physical health until a year ago l slipped on water in my kitchen during a violent thunderstorm. I had 4 x- rays and they couldn’t decide if l had a fracture or not. So l don’t know if it’s bone on bone! I’m told l have arthrosis. What is the difference? Anyway l started physio therapy at the local clinic ( in Spain) about a month ago. It hasn’t been very helpful and l must work alone intensively if l want it to get better. It seems from your videos that l must strengthen my glutes. I have created a playlist just for you so l can run through your hip arthritis videos from a lying or sitting/standing position. Thanks ‘El Paso’!

I am able to ride my Streetstrider bike with focusing on how I position my feet turned outwards really excited to say no knee pain! And glutes are getting stronger. I shared with a elderly lady out walking your method and channel. She immediately said, her dr suggests to never follow any TH-cam channels for advice. So sad 😞 there was nothing I could share or say that would convince her how much muscle imbalance can effect your pain and recovery.

Thank you for another informative video. I lift weights and struggle with knee pain. I will avoid quad exercises and increase gluten exercises.
    Do you like glucosamine sulfate?

I have a stabbing pain when the left knee twists, like getting in car, also is gets puffy (swelling)on the inside a bit below the knee cap. Is that bursitis?

My physiotherapist and doctor are suggesting i have my Baker's Knee bursar aspired. My doctor thinks that the bursar may refill again. I would prefer not to have it. I am doing glute exercises and seeing my physio weekly. Do you have a suggestion? Thank you so much for all this valuable information 😊

This all goes back to PT telling every patient to strengthen the quads no matter what the issue. Every pt I've seen. I have Chondromalacia.

Hey Mo, yes advice to exercise the quads is definitely over done in the PT world. I'm so glad you found our channel and can now learn about how to fix your chondromalacia problem WITHOUT making it worse because you strengthened your quads.
Just in case you need it, here's our playlist of all our chondromalacia patella videos:

Started a lot of clicking and clunking and knee aches after running have had to stop for a month. Do you think could be meniscus tear or arthritis?

What about the outer side of the knee? I'm experiencing an outer side tearing feeling with certain movement. I'm suspecting possible meniscus tear?
