The best is to actually create a "vector-based" logo so that you can use it at any scale.
Illustrator or Affinity Designer would help you do that (or even Photopea which is free).

I presume the website changed since the video? I don't see the download button. I have a save icon, then I can only save in low resolution and the logo downloaded is so tiny that it is not usable. Otherwise I have to pay to download the logo in better resolution.
