This depends a little bit on your ambition. If you just want to start out and learn then I would start with a software like Canva. This let’s you get creative instantly. But if you want to go for a more professional approach then you can already start with the adobe suit and learn the basics in there

The ones that come up w9th clear background, I don't like. The one I like has the wrong colour background.
