@ once it’s studied your space, it’s quite good around the edges. As for obstacles, it does bump and navigate its way around, making sure all available floor space is covered. Anything that is flat enough for it to go over, I’m fine with having a quick walk around the house to move toys, cables etc. so it can vacuum/mop my home properly. if that still bothers you, then you’ll want the X10 or S1
@ cool, don’t have any kids or pets, it’s more just like is it smashing into everything constantly haha. Bank balance means I can’t stretch to the X10 as it’s still quite a bit more even on sale here in the UK. It’s the C20 or the Dreame L10s!
Great test! But how is it possible that the mopping of the X10 pro looks worse then the C20? With max water injection setting for X10 pro. The X10 pro has 10 Newton downforce vs the C20 only 6 Newton. So how can C20 be better in this field? Would it be possible to do some extra comparison test only for mopping?
I was torn between these 2 all in 1 robot vacuum cleaners. But 1 thing the C20 doesnt do is dry the mop with heat, which the X10 does. That was 1 of the biggest deal breaker for me. 2nd one is the obstacles avoidance. As I have a lot of stuff in my living room thats needs to be avoided, also 2 cats :) Otherwise I would have gone with the C20 and save the 170 euro as thats the prize difference currently for me.
What would you recommend, the X10 Pro or C20 when vacuuming long pet hair? Or is the vacuuming better with the X8Pro, for long pet hair? I have mainly hard floors, with a few small carpets. Also, my dog is half blind, which robot is better with navigation, as I don't want the robot bump into my dog! Side note, vacuuming long pet hair is number 1. Mopping function would be good, but 2nd to my list. I do love the design of C20, but not sure about navigation and suction of long pet hair! So please, give me your recommendations!
I think the pads are what's letting the X10 down a bit. My X9 cleans better than my X10 because the pads are thicker and carry more water at any given time.
X10 is fantastic and mops wonderfully. I have it on my main floor, 1k sqft, hardwood floors. I use the Eufy cleaner and a couple drops of Cedarwood essential oil. Chef's kiss.
It all depends on what you need see I have alot carpet honestly vacuums my carpet fine mopping is good like I’ve stayed before unless you live nasty most imo spinning mops do just fine i got the Omni x1 mopping rn it’s older but runs fine
I’m get most for your money person lot people get lost in all bells and whistles and yes they are nice but it’s called a robot vacuum just me my opinion vacuuming should be main thing then good mopping of course Obstacle avoidance ect but at end of day it’s robot vacuum mops other then drag mops ain’t be around that long as people think
Im so glad you mentioned the on board water tank on the X10 really being no different than the C20, that was the exact info I was looking for, I have a one bedroomed flat, to give you an idea of size my sitting room is 20ft m2, my bathroom floor is only 4x4 m2! One question for everyone, should I use the robot every day or every 2 days? I have just myself and 1 cat! I'd really appreciate your feedback, thank you 😊
Hi, can you compare what height both vacuums can cross, I have some thick mats & small ridges where one room meets another and would be curious as to wether they will cross them. All the reviews I watch no one tests the height capabilities. Thanks & keep up the great real world reviews
Hello, I have a question about the warranty, what kind of warranty does this vacuum cleaners purchased on Amazon have, is it a year or does the manufacturer provide a 2-year warranty?
Is the C20 noticeably louder during use than previous models? (looking to upgrade a G40+ Hybrid). Can't tell if it's a lot louder, or it's just the way the mic picked it up...
You're reading my mind today. Was just comparing these two and come here to find this video... Many many thanks!
Glad I could help!
The clearest review I’ve been waiting for. Cancelling my X10 and keeping my C20
how have you found obstacle avoidance on the C20? Seen a couple of people saying mixed things

I cancelled my X10 order today after watching this
It’s great machine especially now on sale for $550. Can’t beat it for that price point.

wtf, this is LITERALLY what I was looking for.... weird lol. But also THANK YOU!
I think some of the information is wrong here for example the X10 blows hot air not cold. Which i think is a big upside personally.

Very fair. It's nice to have better obstacle and having the mop dry via heat
I guess it could be useful for tiny places
So the c20 would clear my sofa but that one at the end, dang. Tempted since I do want a good mop.

Do you prefer the c20 omni, frame l10 ultra, dreamer e30 or the roborock q8 max +
You’ve been so on point. Thanks for your videos! Just what we needed
Happy to help!

Are they dual voltage if not which robo devices are.I live abroad and in the states need one for 220 voltage Thankyou
I have come to the conclusion that it is easier to just change the mop pads myself rather then cleaning dirty water tanks and the dirty cleaning tray.
Do you have one that you use and recommend?
@@Rene-kl3zxI’d like to know as well
I think the X10 Pro did better in a previous video you made, I'm on the fence on getting it now 😕
i returned mine, it doesn’t mop good

Looks like on Black Friday the X10 is going to be $550 / £550 based on the preview in the eufy app.
Yea it will be it’s actually went on sale few times I got mine little over 500
@JonathanMiller-fs6ro how are you finding it? I haven't had a robot vacuum before but I'm considering getting the X10

Man we get ripped off here in the UK, thats like £430!

Nice review. Isn't cleaning the corners an issue ?
for the price these are good, to get that feature it cost alot more
love your content

Can u set it to vacuum only even on hardwood?
yes
Omni C20 or the Dreame L10s Ultra? Both are currently at the same price and I’m undecided
Having the same thoughts, so will be interesting to hear someone who has experience with boths. Gen 2 L10s obviously.
Dreame L10
Thank you too much for helping to make wise decisions. Blessings!
Glad I could help! 😊
c20 is on sale on tiktok live, got mine for $329 love it
Hi, great reviews on Eufy, will the c20 go over a room divider step of about 2.5 cm?
not sure I need to do more testing
Great video! I was looking forward to this review. Can you do another comparison vs Dreame L10S
I will try!

The C20 is very quiet. At first I thought it was broken (I previously used a Roborock S50, which was much louder).
@@Pauleeee I just got mine! It's louder than the one it's replacing, but not too bad.
I’m finally early for once!
If only eufy s1 was better vacuum boy talk about a monster
Eufy s2?
X10 pro 👎
