    I have just ordered the E500 and as a type 1 diabetic I know the blood glucose readings are not going to be accurate, but I like the idea and can always use my blood glucose meter to double check readings. Both Apple and Android are putting a lot of research into the smart watch blood glucose technology and it won't be long before we will have accurate non-invasive BG readings.

    As a type 2 diabetic I would love to have a watch that could track my BS. I might just get one and see how it correlates to my blood samples.

    I have the E500 and E600 and with the H Band app I find the measurements are very close to my BP cuff, my CPAP machine and blood lancet test. The sleep time deviates only by a few minutes from readings on my CPAP machine. Even though these devices are not medically approved, it doesn't mean they are not accurate. I mainly use it for determining "trends".

    • @SWT
      @SWT  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks for the feedback, especially since you have an CPAP machine to compare.

    Thanks for your excellent comprehensive reviews. Unfortunately I can confirm with 100% certainty that the glucose readings are totally fake with the E400 and E500 that I own. I fast throughout most days and have just one big meal in the evening. Every single day the watches show a perfectly symmetric glucose spike about an hour after I wake up (simulating a breakfast spike) and then the same thing a bit after noon (simulating the spike from lunch)... only problem is I haven't eaten a thing yet. Then it creates a third perfect spike around 7:30pm, which comes back down to "baseline" around 10:30pm -- right after I finish eating my first meal. Totally bogus. It even did the same thing throughout a 72 hour fast I did recently. I'm going to try a W11 smartwatch from Temu to see if it's any different, but I don't have high hopes. The other readings on the E400/E500 do seem believable though.

      Thanks so much for doing this analysis and reporting your results. It is extremely valuable to have input like this when it comes to important measurements like blood glucose. I'm flagging your comment to move it toward the top of the list for folks to easily find.

      You're welcome. This is the kind of deeper information I would want to know in picking out one of these watches. It seemed appropriate to share it with you while it was all still fresh. Glad you found it helpful.

    The three watches have already a new version, the E420, the E530 and the E610. I suppose theres no money to be made with firmware updates. And make a few cosmetic changes to the case (square button instead of round for example) and voila new model available.

    When the glucose levels are the same it is probably because the electronic inside are the same. They use the same circuits and sensor thus they get the same data. Looks like the accuracy or problems are the same too.

    • @SWT
      @SWT  ปีที่แล้ว

      That makes sense. It's the same arm on the same body as well, so it would be concerning if the measurements were radically different.

      Each vendor has different shipping options so you need to check with them directly. Generally if you use the link in the description under the video, then place the item in your cart and start the checkout process, once your address is entered you should be told if it can be sent to you and if there would be any additional shipping charge. So just try it! Good luck!

    Hi there not all glucose machine are accurate best to try three machines against the watches i Experimented with the E400 smart watch only cost $90 to $60 Australian . I have tested three different glucose machines with this. VKE400 watch it has private mode. So you can collaborate with the blood machines private mode, BP private mode glucose. So just say if the glucose on the machine is 5.0 when I’m fasting then I set 5.0 on the watch and tested against the machines its pretty close to all glucose machine only 1 out or sometimes near enough, . Great watch I purchase it on. Temu the sad part. I’ve sent it back. Because sometimes was going out of calibration, I have to keep resetting the watch to factory reset.

    • @SWT
      @SWT  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Wow, thanks for the detailed feedback. Interesting that the various glucose testing machines don't give the same results as each other, let alone matching the watch readings. Really makes you wonder if it is possible to actually get a truly accurate reading from commercially available devices at all!

    Could you please compare again the 3 watches, not all wrapped in your wrist, like what you did with the 3, but 1 or 2 wrapped to somebody (probably your wife?) and the other to yours, so we could compare if the trend of the blood glucose is just a predetermined trend by the watch, and not really getting someone's actual BG readings.

      i think they are FAKE i have one of these but they change the name otherwise its identical and yeah its a pretty static read i mean no one is is THAT regular it shoots up at 830 am comes down slowly then bangs way up at approx 1230pm slides down at night then at around 645 it bangs back up..whether ive eaten anything drunk anything or not the trend appears to be exactly identical through 7 days that isnt possible i honestly would rather not have some fake bs on my watch and i think they shouldnt put fake pre determined bs numbers in them esp if i had a diabetic issue..which i dont right now but its a matter of time for me.. back a few years ago i bought a watch it was 50 bucks and man did i get FKED!!! that pos read off fake for everything except steps counting the bpms were fake the ..peh!!! it was all fake after the step counter so i got a shitty watch with a somewhat accurate step counter and that was it..i gave it to a child i told him to ignore everything but the time and steps counter.. this watch ASIDE from that bs fake glucose thing is really QUITE accurate in everything else it measures..why they had to cheapen it by making it do a fake thing iwas a rotten thing to do AND even though it doesnt really matter to me i'm still going to get rif of it bc i just do not will not do "fake" ANYTHING so it sux bc the rest of the watch is well made and accurate that bgl just makes a nice thing trashy feeling to me

    Hello , congrats for vids , takeing in consideration all your experiance with all those smart watches , whats your opinion about replaceing a cellphone with a smart watch , my concers are that you have poor connection and bad call quality , is there any watch now on market that could replace a phone ? Anybrecomandation ? Thanks and have a good day !

    • @SWT
      @SWT  ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly, I don't think Android smartwatches are up to par to replace phones yet, except, perhaps, under limited use, like while outdoor exercising, etc. Now that it appears Android smartwatches are no longer advancing, technology wise, and that older models are being phased out and not made anymore, it will be less likely in the future that we will even have that option to consider. If you don't need all the features of a phone, there are a limited number of non-Android smartwatches out there that will accept SIMs, but they are restricted to the 2G, 3G and a few 4G models. We have yet to see any smartwatch operate on 5G.

    Fake, sorry.
    Flashing, Vibrating toy but little else.
    Blood glucose:
    The reports are almost identical from day to day despite my having different waking times, meal times and activities.
    It asks you to set your personal focus level. If you do, the average will match your number.
    Blood Pressure:
    Like the glucose readings, you are asked to set a personal reading for "more accuracy". Set it to 200/40 (a dangerous value) and that is around what it will read. Change it to 80/60 and that's what the new readings hover around.
    The E600 is essentially a flashy pedometer. Disappointing.

      true i have one also however the rest of what it does IS accurate the blood 02 is nearly dead on as is the heart rate i'm not 100% sure about the blood pressure readings bc i dont have a pro machine to test it against the others ive mentioned i do have pro devices for and for the aforementioned? its accurate its too bad they made quite an accurate watch but then ruined a good thing by putting some stupid fake ass readings on the glucose meter..so in my opinion they cheapened an otherwise nice watch had they NOT done that id like the watch a hell of a lot more but i hate fake ANYTHING close i can tolerate complete bogus lies piss me off so..i'll be looking to replace a watch bc it has one known completely rom written set of reads it spits out..i cant stand it for that reason sad bc as i said all else was nice..
