Changing a unit or value in the app is sometimes a two-step process. First, confirm a change, then tap on Save on the next screen. The glucose unit can be easily changed from mmol/L to mg/dL by going to Mine at the bottom of the screen, then Unit Settings. This updates the unit on both the app and the smartband. To get better calculations of glucose and blood pressure, you need to calibrate the app and toggle on both Personal BP Mode and Blood Glucose Private Mode on the My Device screen. Measurements can be performed either manually on the app or smartband or automatically/continuously by moving through Mine, My Device (at the top) and Switch Setting. These line graphs are interactive: Blood Oxygen, HRV, Body Temperature (have to press and hold down), and Sleep. Touch on a time or the line to see the value or range of values at that time or interval, then move your finger left or right. This is particularly handy for blood oxygen, which doesn’t show details. All of the graphs show the full day except blood pressure. You have to scroll to the right to see the whole graph. To export records, tap the share icon in the upper right corner of each module.
in alot of reviews the youtuber only shows the settings in UK standards. I brought a Glucose watch that I cannot change its xettings to USA standards, the seller reposne seems to do not know about the watch, such Losers
Blood glucose measurements are not accurate, compared it with dexcom cgm and was hoping I would get similar readings on both but assuming dexcom is accurate then the watch is quite inaccurate at times.
The Dashboard can show not only the current (latest) module graphs, but also the final graphs from the last two days. Under the line with the smartband name and the battery status is a line with TODAY, YESTERDAY and 2 DAYS AGO.
I bought it recently and tested all the features and many of them are showing false results including blood glucose level which shows completely inaccurate readings. It did multiple glucose tests and at every reading is different even if done at same time.
I'm a type 1 diabetic who uses a continuous glucose monitor attached to an insulin pump. And I can guarantee you that none of these devices can accurately or dependently read glucose. If I tried to use one of these devices to manage my brittle diabetes it would probably kill me and it's really starting to hurt me how many different wrist-worn devices are claiming they can do blood glucose levels. If that was possible don't you think that Apple and Samsung would have been forced to it. But because it's incredibly unreliable and inaccurate none of the Sirius watchmakers would make that claim. Wish that I could afford to buy a few to prove my point
you do not talk about the settings, I want to know if the UK settings can be changed to USA settings, your reviews show UK settings on the reviews, can you let us know if the settings can be change on the watch?
As previously mentioned..... Yes, units of measure can be changed under Mine/Unit Settings in the app. However, I agree with others who feel the Blood Glucose reading is COMPLETELY FAKE. My daily Blood Glucose profile looks almost exactly like the one shown by the reviewer.... only thing is I don't have anything to eat for breakfast or lunch.
Is it possible to change the units on the blood glucose from mmol/L to mg/dl? In USA we almost never use mmol/L and it's super confusing. Maybe you can suggest it as an option to the manufacturer?
Using established brand for continuous glucose monitoring rather than some cheap Chinese Smartwatch that can't really do it would without a doubt be the right way to go. But don't trust any devices that use Optics and lighting to guess your blood glucose

No certifications at all and good chance the glucose measurements may be simulated. We're inviting feedback from folks who buy this and test it out to let us know what they experience.
I'd be really interested in seeing what happens if people compare this to a certified finger stick result. If it's even broadly accurate it could be very helpful....as a non healthcare professional it doesn't matter if the number of wrong by, say 10% either direction as long as it trends appropriately and it could help people manage their behavior.
The glucose graph at 17:40 is totally crap. It's same for my device whatever I eat , whichever uses the watch, totally useless. It seems a predicted value based on time of day :(
Hi. Have a look at the processor chips inside these little gems. Have a look at the chip manufactures for the chips, GoodIX chip manufacture, the Gf5155 chip has a 245-page data sheet and there are 4 main chips in the watches. please have a look at the EP01, I have just bought one, I have been pricking my fingers for years, I am willing to give a try, I'm not diabetic but I am always where of hypo etc. Ant.
Wow, you know a lot about this stuff! Does the EP01 actually show a live ECG chart on the screen like the E500, or is it only able to send the chart to the app like on this E600?
I find it odd that a watch rated as IP68 says this.. "It is not recommended that you wear it to swim, because it is not a professional swimming watch." Probably IPx7 maybe?
Bought it for my Grandfather who has afib and heart failure. Great for keeping track of his heart. Oxygen tends to be on the money. Blood pressure isn't as accurate neither is blood sugar though it spikes after eating so it is measuring something. Overall for the price and what it does. It's a great buy
You know if you could show more features like miracast or the kind of apps you could run. It would be great ! I seen a channel that ran retro game emulators on the large rectangle watches with a Bluetooth game controller😋 the mtk6761 has twice the power of mtk6739 and their 64 bit theoretically means they can run ps2 and gamecube😅 I did see gameboy, nes,n64,ps1,PSP & nds😋 screen casting would be over the top or connecting with Bluetooth elm 327. There are a lot of android peripherals😋 TH-cam ETA PRIME or MR WHOS THE BOSS😋
Fake, sorry. Flashing lights and vibration but little else. Blood glucose: The reports are almost identical from day to day despite my having different waking times, meal times and activities. It asks you to set your personal focus level. If you do, the average will match your number. Blood Pressure: Like the glucose readings, you are asked to set a personal reading for "more accuracy". Set it to 200/140 and that is around what it will read. Change it to 100/60 and that's what the new readings hover around. The E600 is essentially a flashy pedometer. Disappointing.

Thanks for a very detailed review and links.❤❤
Where is the wrist icon? Be nice to have the watch come on with wrist movement.
Thanks. Nice video?

Multiply mmol value by 18 , you will get mg/dL

@@GottaGeek Thanks, but you kinda missed the point, plus there is an FDA approved device that uses light.
@@MrLetoRope What is that device?

Have u ever herd of the aooden military smart watch
When I Google it all I get is "wooden military smart watch"
that's a cool watch! I like that it has blood glucose measurement! is it CE and RoHs certified? is there a document?

I agree... each day is the same whether I fast or not.
All of these cheap watches are crap when it comes to blood glucose measurements. DO NOT rely on them.
Banggood Coupon can only be used in United States :(
How do you charge the watch?

like the show. please look at a EP01 smart watch.
I'll look for it. Thanks.

Yep, you're probably right. Given all the electronics and sensors on it, I'd recommend a different one for using in and around water.

Seems like a lot of stuff for $40! How do they do that????

Great idea but a bit beyond what I'm able to do here with introductory reviews.

Do not buy, I ordered item was only sent band, no watch face, site does not allow proper communication -no support
never buy this watch..it is not enough to check blood glucose.never buy this
