    For encouraging hair growth, I boosted my protein intake, rubbed my scalp with coco onion oil, and applied Reactivate hair serum by liitllexttra. I started getting new hair growth in just 16 weeks.

      doing a scalp massage with the silicone scalp massager from littleeextra is really good for my scalp. i first apply their hair oil and then wash it off with the shampoo and conditioner from littlelextraa. at night, i apply only the reactivatee hair serum and the next morning wash it off with plain water. i have never faced hair fall since i started this routine. actually, my head feels fuller with hair, and the thinning areas are filling in with new hairs.

    Mine own hair growth progress and success, I followed this daily regimen:
    Take early morning sunlight daily for vitamin D. Consume vegetables of various colours. Applying paraben-free and fragrance free hair shampoo and gently massaging twice a week with hair oil by litttleextra cooconion. Imp. to keep in mind that hair growth is affected by general well-being as well as circulation and nutrition.

    A derma roller with 0.25mm needles is generally considered too short for stimulating hair regrowth in areas with significant hair loss or a receding hairline. These shorter needles are more suitable for improving skincare product absorption and enhancing skin texture.
    For hair regrowth on a receding hairline, it's typically recommended to use a derma roller with longer needles, ideally in the range of 0.5 to 1.5 millimeter.

    According to some; anything less than one millimeter in depth won't stimulate hair grown as well, but its better to start low to avoid harming follicles or skin tissue

    Also doctor a question that you could answer to your next video. You said that finasteride at 5 years the ratio falls to 64%.. What if someone doesn't take it for a whole month which is the period required for our body to completely wash out finasteride, will the ratio go back to 89% once start taking it again? If it's the case, would it help if we stopped using finasteride for a month once per year? Another question, let's say that I have a very slight recession on my temples, and judging by my family tree, none goes beyond norwood 3 until very old age. Will taking 1-2mg weekly of finasteride would be any benefit for me? I am personally using minoxidil only daily the last 2 months and my doctor told me that my hairline got better than it was two years ago, I didn't lose any ground. So what would be the best way to maintain my hairline? Topical finasteride + minoxidil, or some low dose of finasteride like 1-2 mg weekly plus minoxidil?

It didn't slow down my hair loss at all, so I discontinued finasteride entirely, and now I use 0.5mg of dutasteride every day. Maybe the once-weekly dose of dutasteride helps some people, but it was too small of a dose to do anything for me.

    I bought a Koi Beauty stamp. I stamped my entire head and I only saw some blood up at the front of the crown where my hairline used to be. Sadly, very little is left of the hair. This is the only place I saw any blood. Also, there's a dermatologist recommending a depth of 2.5 ml. That channel is MD Pen Microneedling. I can't even be sure what the depth is on the cheap Koi tool. It spins about .05 before it does anything. Reviewers say that when you push down with it that the needles push back into the base. I didn't notice this myself when I used it. I'm surprised the needles are so fine to where I can barely see them even when they are out. The needles are like the bed of nails that people lay on and then have people walk on them. Or that is what it reminded me of.

Get an adjustable derma stamp, start with the 0.5mm and continue until you see very little dot bleeding, then you can switch to that size of derma roller so the procedure will consume less time and the product is cheaper as well. If its too much I will go back to 1.0. If I can handle 1.5 I will attempt. But in the literature .60 depth once a week. Just the sting of inflammation from the jab of the automatic pen. For there to be permanent hair loss via scarring or otherwise, is bleeding a necessity? I have good news. I've slowly responded to dutasteride or oral minoxidil (maybe both). The medications have done wonders to improve my diffuse thinning, and I've stopped using Toppik. My hair isn't as thick as it was two years ago, but it's presentable without any cosmetic products. That's a big improvement from six months ago, when my only options were to use Toppik or maintain a guard zero haircut. That's how bad my diffuse thinning was.

      I would advice to buy a dermastamp where you can adjust the lenght. Rollers cause more damage as the needle doesn't go straight in and out. Also those lenghts are too shallow to activate stem sells and growth factors. 1,5mm is recommended for hair regrowth. But it shouldn't be done every week as that can cause scarring. I do 1,5mm every other week, and 0,5mm every other week (helps topicals to absorb better).

      @@tommygunTW1 An increase in androgenic activity doesn't mean much on it's own - otherwise supplements like creatine, which increases circulating DHT, would result in hairloss. Furthermore, we would see far more bald obese people and far fewer plant based bald men.
      What matters is how much testosterone is converted into DHT, how much of that binds to the androgen receptors in the hair follicles, and how sensitive those hair follicles are to begin with. There are plenty of insulin sensitive vegans who still go bald. Male pattern baldness is a genetic predisposition. It sucks, but it is what it is and no amount of fiberous foods will save you.

    • @tommygunTW1
      @tommygunTW1 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@austaneousc5802 If you are genetically disposed to hair loss then things like creatine and insulin spikes will increase hair loss. This is 100% fact. If you dont have MPB then it is all completely irrelevant in which i would agree, creatine, sugar, insulin spikes etc will not give you hair loss. This point is only specific to people already diagnosed with hair loss and the fact that the above listed things will increase it. So my orginal request for the hair loss show to make a video on was about how they affect people with MPB and to what extent do they make it worse.

I continue to massage the scalp daily and apply Minoxodil, I've been applying it just once a day at night after derma rollering as 1ml is not enough to cover so I've been doing 2-3ml once in the evening and massaging thoroughly in scalp after derma rollering or on its own.
