Nutella
150g salted butter
100g granulated sugar
125g light brown soft sugar
1 very large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Chocolate (in this case my entire bar of Dairy Milk!)

Phoebe is a real pro - I loved her baking segment and she did it so well. Glad we got to really see her - my eldest granddaughter is 15 and hasn't let me take photos of her since she was 13, even though she is gorgeous! It must be a thing with teenage girls.
