Cory should be congratulated - it is a great fix. It is noticeably closer to the bike than the original.

Installed this a few months ago and can say it’s definitely worth it. It does fix the issue and has helped me be a better rider on the T7-easier to confidently slide-steer with the rear wheel to name one thing. I’ve never been disappointed with Camel ADV product, quality parts.

Installed my Brake Fix last week. Probably the most "must have" mod on the t7. Coming from offroad enduro bikes I though something was broken with my rear brake first time I rode it. This "fix" makes your rear brake feel like a rear brake on a dirtbike.

As always a great vid mate. Recommended fix from me for sure. 👍
If you crack/loosen the bolt holding the brake lever to the (silver) foot peg bracket thingy b4 doing anything else, you won't have to mess around with the "bugger" that holds on the brake light switch at all. Go thru from the left hand side of the bike to reach the brake lever bolt with some extensions. You can wheedle the brake lever out and replace with the new spring and lever while still wired to the bike.

I have also intalled The fix, but I'm struggeling to feel happy with it. I have installed Bosley 30mm lowered pegs, and LOVE them. But it dont work well with this break pedal. It ends up to high, and to much invard. So I have to lift my foot and to sving my foot inward to get to the pedal. Thats bad in a sudden situation. The leverage arguement on this is an illution as well, because the new clip moves the attacking point back to approx where it it on the OEM pedal. It's stiffer though, and you get a much better feel, but.....$200.....well...
