You are sleeping on Lia, she's not as an advanced dancer as the others, but her improvement is insane
chaeryeong best main dancer, yeji just... is so close it's scary, ryujin and yuna best lead dancers in kpop too? it's scary, they're all so good. even lia who has no dancing position has gotten so so much better, her dancing in their loco comeback keeps getting better in all the stages. they're amazing.
I revisited ITZY after Mafia as well and I found a new appreciation for how dope they are. They make hard choreos look easy and just ooze charisma. Definitely in my top 3 GG now…

It’s funny but if you watched their dance practices from oldest to newest you see them graduate from the ‘underground bunker’ to the main practice studio and it’s so cool to see all their hard work pay off! Yuna is also by bias so there’s a little bias there but she SLAYS in their latest song Loco and I hope you check out loco dance practice / studio Choon versions of their songs!
I noticed that you said they do a lot for a girl group but girl group dances are actually very difficult. Male group choreo required a lot of stamina but the moves themselves are usually pretty simple while girl group dances require a lot of technique and skill to execute. As a dancer or 10 years, usually the kpop routines i struggle to learn are girl group routines, ESPECIALLY 4th gen gg (itzy izone and everglow be kicking my ass). They are different modes but equally difficult. Plus girl group members have to perform in heels, with long hair, short outfits, and while feeling ill. Big props to them.
Haaaaaa i really love Chaeryeong!!!!! They have one of my favorite debut songs and choreography.
4:38 "for a girl group" - Please see Letters to Midzy to see why Itzy would not appreciate this very much. Letters to Midzy is a very powerful video accompanying the Not Shy release that talks about some issues in K-pop. I would say not just any Itzy fan, but any K-pop fan should watch it.
yuna is a underrated dancer her dance is so good acually all itzy members are insane
If you wanna have some more Itzy content to post, I'd suggest waiting for LOCO's dance practice to drop, then you can have a video with that, the Not Shy Live Performance Practice (has dance and live vocals), the Swipe performance video, and Yeji's and Chaeryeong's artist of the month videos on Studio Choom's channel

My favorite thing to do is just watch the hair fly when they dance. Something about the way it emphasizes how sharp and full out they are is so satisfying!
Also, Yuna is one of the best performers I have ever seen. I know she gets a little over shadowed by the older members but watching her in Dalla Dalla had my jaw on the floor! She's so good!

If you love synchronicity in choreo, you should check out some Loona dance practices, especially "Paint the Town" and "Butterfly". Also, check out some IZ One dance practices.
