Same. At the very least I think it should've been in place of "Can You Feel The Love Tonight", because that is definitely the Lion King's weakest song. It isn't bad, but the rest of the songs are much better.
For me it's Scar's Be Prepared that really hit the hardest in the Lion King. But in my unpopular opinion i feel like the entire track list of Simba's Pride was much better than the first one. He Lives in You, One Of Us, Love will find a Way, We are One, Upendi... Only the Villain song is better in the 1st movie 😁

@@BigBWolf90 Show Yourself is about self discovery and self power. Elsa is looking for someone/something in Into the Unknown and Show Yourself is literally the answer song to it. The music, the lyrics, the singing, and the way the song builds musically and emotionally gives it a special unique quality. Show Yourself beats Into the Unknown every time and most Frozen fans agree.
This video is a real treat! My inner weird little kid is having a blast hearing all these songs. I was never into Disney princes. I was more into the funny sidekicks. I usually had crushes on the comic reliefs. Kid me crushed on: Dodger and Tito - Oliver & Company Sebastian - The Little Mermaid Lumiere - Beauty and the Beast Timon - The Lion King Quasimodo (only human on the list!) - The Hunchback of Notre Dame I was a weird kid xD.
Halloween town, Hellfire, Zero to Hero, are songs i hum when i'm hanging out or working when no other music playing lol i seen them dozens of times and in my playlist songs.
I kind of like the Pressure song from Encanto (if I typed the name of the song wrong ny bad, hold your horses warriors). Anyways, the song and images go well together, especially the analogy seen within the images of how gigantic Louisa feels the responsibility build on her, such as comparing her with Hercules to Sisyphus. Plus, if anyone actually looks at the meaning behind names, Louisa actually is the Garman name for warrior, or famous warrior. So all the metaphors link together quite cohesively.
Songs I like from this list: “Part of your World” The Little Mermaid (1989) “Surface Pressure” Encanto (2021) “Friends on the Other Side” The Princess and the Frog (2009) “This is Halloween” The Nightmare before Christmas (1993) “Let It Go” Frozen (2013) “Friend Like Me” (1992) “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” (2021) “Circle of Life” (1994) Though “Let It Go” is over played, Idina Menzel’s voice is captivating and gives me goosebumps. Keith David’s vocals in “Friends on the Other Side” make me slightly tremble, and send chills down my spine.
For me personally it's Colors of the Wind that's my all-time favorite, because of the message. I live, eat and breathe this song 🤍🌍 Come run the hidden pine trails of the forest, come taste the sun sweet berries of the earth. Come roll in all the riches all around you, and for once never wonder what they're worth. The rainstorm and the river are my brothers, the heron and the otter are my friends. And we are all connected to eachother, in a circle, in a hoop that never ends. I genuinely cry every single time with this one 🤍
I can't believe there are no coco songs in this and that Cruela is only an honorable mention, but I do absolutely love a lot of the songs on this list.
@@AdderTudeThe difference between Jeremy and Jim is very subtle especially when you don't see it coming. Jim's voice is a little scratchier than Jeremy and that works very well for the 3rd act of the song.
Yeah, it's one of the well made older Disney movies, and all the songs in it are interesting except in my opinion "Perfect isn't easy". That one sounds kind-of annoying when you listen to it, and is sung by the character who from her selfish behaviour and her thinking that she's "the cat's ass," (or as Dodger would say "The Champ") shows herself as pretty much the second villian in that 1988 release movie. PS, a few years ago my mother called it: The Georgette Song" and I don't know why but I break into hysterical laughter each time I remember that she did that.😂
"Give it to your sister and never wonder if the dame pressure would've pulled you under". My mom beats herself up so bad for not realizing how much pressure I was under as a teen be ause "Gracie's the strong one" "she can handle anything". We had such a good relationship she thought id come to her if anything was really wrong but I kept it all in because I saw her dealing with ither things and didnt want to burden her. This is, of course, a child's thinking as I know now it wouldnt have burdened her but now i have no coping skills and that lead me down a very self destructive path right after high school. Just now getting back on track. Talk to someone! Its so much better to get it out now instead of waiting until the pot boils over while you're still trying to add more water
How could you not have included a single song from Frozen II?! Show Yourself is right up there with Let It Go in terms of power ballads, and The Next Right Thing is absolutely devastating.
Although I love "Strangers Like Me" the most, "You'll Be in My Heart" is the most precious to me. During dancing to that song in our new appartment I realised that I want to marry my girlfriend, so few months later I proposed to her while playing this song in the background. It even wound up as our first dance song at our wedding. And later I sang it every day to my pregnant wife and our little daughter in her belly. This song will always be in our hearts
So much love for Hercules, and no mention for 'Go The Distance', possibly the best song from the movie, and the best Disney motivational song (including I'll Make A Man Out of You). The soft slow wistful build to insprirational and blood pumping, showcasing Roger Bart's brilliant range. Pure class.
"Be Prepared" went so hard, Jeremy Irons strained his vocal cords, so they brought in Jim Cummings to finish everything past "...you won't get a sniff without me!" Irons went so hard with that line that he hurt himself and couldn't finish!
If you really want a hard hitting song, then you have to list 'The Next Right Thing' from Frozen II. It's literally about falling into and finding your way out of depression. Such a powerful song.
Great choice for this top 30 list these heartfelt and uplifting Disney songs from some of my all time favorites have been a big part of my childhood memories and each hold a special place in my heart 👍❤️🥲

"Under the Sea" should have been at least #10, but I think #8. It's better than "Let It Go", "Hellfire", and maybe "Be Prepared" and "Be Our Guest". There. I said it.
Pretty sure this should be a top 200 list with all of the bangers I can't believe weren't mentioned. King Louis from jungle book, hakuna matata, the lion sleeps tonight, any song from coco,... For sure enough songs to make a part 2, 3 and 4
Part of your world cannot be that low on the list, especially as it brought the 'I want' song to Disney films
I'm Wishing & Someday My Prince Will Come- Snow White,
A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes-Cinderella,
Once Upon A Dream-Sleeping Beauty.
I am sure there are more, but my tired brain has stopped.

"When You Wish Upon a Star" from Pinocchio. The first Disney tune to win Best Original Song.
From all Frozen fans: please stop ranking Let It Go above Show Yourself
Into the Unknown beats Show Yourself
@@BigBWolf90 Show Yourself is about self discovery and self power. Elsa is looking for someone/something in Into the Unknown and Show Yourself is literally the answer song to it. The music, the lyrics, the singing, and the way the song builds musically and emotionally gives it a special unique quality.
Show Yourself beats Into the Unknown every time and most Frozen fans agree.
@@BigBWolf90 Lost in the woods is way up there too
Can never go wrong with Keith David.😆
This video is a real treat! My inner weird little kid is having a blast hearing all these songs. I was never into Disney princes. I was more into the funny sidekicks. I usually had crushes on the comic reliefs.
Kid me crushed on:
Dodger and Tito - Oliver & Company
Sebastian - The Little Mermaid
Lumiere - Beauty and the Beast
Timon - The Lion King
Quasimodo (only human on the list!) - The Hunchback of Notre Dame
I was a weird kid xD.
97: I’m Still Here is a Rocking Disney Favorite. I know it’s designed to make a sad backstory about Jim at a young age and his dad but I love the song
Halloween town, Hellfire, Zero to Hero, are songs i hum when i'm hanging out or working when no other music playing lol i seen them dozens of times and in my playlist songs.
Okay, when did they go from top 10 to top 20 to now top 30 seemingly out of nowhere?
I am wondering the same thing.
Songs I like from this list:
“Part of your World” The Little Mermaid (1989)
“Surface Pressure” Encanto (2021)
“Friends on the Other Side” The Princess and the Frog (2009)
“This is Halloween” The Nightmare before Christmas (1993)
“Let It Go” Frozen (2013)
“Friend Like Me” (1992)
“We Don’t Talk About Bruno” (2021)
“Circle of Life” (1994)
Though “Let It Go” is over played, Idina Menzel’s voice is captivating and gives me goosebumps.
Keith David’s vocals in “Friends on the Other Side” make me slightly tremble, and send chills down my spine.
Keith David is soooooooooo good!!!!!!!
Love it. Not a single remake live action version made it on the list. As it should be.
They said they wouldn't do live action or Pixar...I am sure that will be other videos.
96: Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always been singing Disney Princess Songs
I can't believe there are no coco songs in this and that Cruela is only an honorable mention, but I do absolutely love a lot of the songs on this list.
Coco is Pixar and they said Pixar would not be on this list.
11:58 The song is actually called “Part of that world”. “Part of your world” is the reprise version she sings after meeting Eric!
Treasure Planet is by far my fav movie and I love the song!! John Rzeznik did an awesome job
Several generations were just transported back to their childhoods. I tip my hat to you, @MsMojo. Great list
I see the thumbnail and I’m prepared to have “We Don’t Talk about Bruno” stuck in my head for the next couple of weeks, let’s go!
99: I love Eye to Eye and After Today from A Goofy Movie. Makes me want to dance
No. 18, I absolutely love this Danny Elfman score opening song here 🎃👻🦇🦴
Jeremy Irons went so hard with "Be Prepared", he hurt his vocal chords, and the song had to be finished by another voice actor.
It was Jim Cummings, who voiced Ed and the mole who reported to Zazu.
@@AdderTudeThe difference between Jeremy and Jim is very subtle especially when you don't see it coming. Jim's voice is a little scratchier than Jeremy and that works very well for the 3rd act of the song.
Oliver and company finally getting some love
Before I even watch this, if there's not at least 1 song from Tarzan, I'm going to riot.
I love Disney songs
I would have thought that Friends on the other side would be in the top five, or even first. Great list, tons of fun and nostalgia to watch.
If this isn't a list of 30 songs from my favourite Disney playlist, I don't know what is!
Haven’t seen what you rank first yet but all brother bear songs better be in #1 place, ”Great spirits” and also ”you’ll be in my heart” from Tarzan slaps harder than circle of life or any other overrated song!❤️
Great spirits is extremely underrated.
You'll be in my Heart is my Mom and I's song
we're all glad they did go that hard
love that you honor the older songs and new ones OH Hawaiian Roller costar ride I love Lilo and the best
The princess and the frog have the most amazing villain song
They havé one of the best vilains from this area and thé singes are definitely a major reason why
YES!!! I treasure Great Spirits. I may not know the late Tina Turner that much but this song by her is a favorite of mine
21:50 Universal Pictures
21:50 Universal Cartoon Studios
21:50 The Land Before Time
I was really hoping for go the distance!!
