महोदय 70% कौन छात्र पाना नही चाहेगा। पर सरकारी कॉलेजों के प्रबंधक महोदय पहले से फिक्स कर देते है की इतने प्रतिशत से ज्यादा नही देना है। चाहे छात्र कितना भी बेस्ट क्यो ना दिया हो। प्राइवेट संस्था 70% तो देती है और जिसके बदले छात्रो से मनमाना धन वसूल करने का उन्हे मौका मिल जाता है। ऐसे छात्र जो प्रतिभा सम्पन्न होने के बावजूद आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत नही है वे प्राइवेट संस्थाओ मे पठन पाठन करने से वंचित रह जाते है इन निर्णयो से छात्रो के विचार मे ये बात जरूर आयेगी कि न्यायालय प्राइवेट संस्था को बढ़ावा दे रही। ऐसे में न्यायालय साम्या का प्रयोग ना करके छात्रो के पीड़ा को कम करने के बजाय बढ़ाने का काम कर रही जिसका परिणाम यह होगा कि अब प्राइवेट संस्थाओ का मनोबल बढ़ेगा। फिर भी हमे अपने देश के न्यायालय पर भरोसा है हमे आशा है की न्यायालय देर सबेर छात्रो के हितो को ध्यान में रखकर इन निर्णयो में बदलाव करेगी।
This is really unfair. We were not aware of such criteria when we took admission in LL.B and gave our semester exams. I passed with 62% and now studying to appear in the judicial service exam. I’d really be lost if this rule is implemented in my state.

Sare judge ka llb marks check karna chahiye(1950 se ab tak ka)yadi wo 70% nahi laye hai to unka judgement ko galat bata dena chahiye chahe koi vi kitna tark-vitark q na ho sirf enko 70%se matlab hai quality base judgement se nahi hai.

देश का दुर्भाग्य है । इनके बच्चे सेटिंग करके जज बन सकते है मगर कोई अन्य व्यक्ति 80 %लाए ये कोई अर्हता nhi होती । ये जो खुद जज बने है प्रशांत मिश्र जैसे जज खुद 20 20 पढ़ के प्रैक्टिस की cg high court ke । Or Aaj gyan de रहे है
This is unfair with middle class students, jo bachhe ghr ki jimedariya sambhalte huee LLB padhe hai ya padhai kr rahe unko to kahi na kahi ATKT to lagegi n to kya o judiciary me nhi ja sakte

Judges and govt ki tanasahi........... They forget preamble of indian Constitution....... जिसकी अंतिम लाइन..... हम भारत के लोग इस संविधान को अपनाते है...... जिस दिन सभी भारतीय को इन लाइन का मतलब ज्ञात हो जायेगा तब सारे सरकारी तंत्र.... सरकार.... न्यायपालिका सब खत्म
3yr practice or 70% only put poor aspirants at receiving ends only..It's better to make exam more comprehensive and to make🎉 judicial service training more robust...😊😊

kya sir upcoming aspirants ko LLB krni chahiye is dekhne ke baad ya nhi kyuki agar ye or states me bhi apply ho gya phir to LLB krna matlab future spoil krna ho gya na because the one who are not from good background do not cope up with this and give more time to the same thing, plz help me sir ki mai LLB karoo ya nhi bcz mujhe sirf judiciary mr jana hai

The grounds raised by MJ sir deserves and should have been argued before the supreme court however it appears that the learner advocate for the petitioner good night argue the points before the supreme court however it appears to me that the rules which have been changed by the MP High Court are really in sense to be practical.

Sir currently I am in sixth sem of llb (hons) sir mere 5 sem me sem exams ke time mere mama ki death ho gyi thi just ek din pehle sir jiski wajah se maine exam nhi diya ar usme ab mark ho gya hai sir maine abhi tak 75+%hi score kiya tha sir is rule ki wajah se hm bhi judiciary ka exam nhi de payenge sir please hm jaise baccho ki help kare 🙏🙏🙏😢

सभी कोचिंग इंस्टीट्यूट एक साथ इस निर्णय के खिलाफ आवाज क्यों नही उठा रहे,कितने सारे छात्रों के जीवन दांव पर लगे हैं।
Judiciary exam must be considered as a competitive exam as upsc and nothing else criteria only LLB graduation must be taken into consideration, or such rules must be applied to upsc and other competitive exams

कोई हमारे माननीय न्यायमूर्तियों को ये बताए कि ग्रेजुएशन के परसेंटेज से जीवन भर की ब्रिलियंस डिसाइड नहीं होती, ऐसे कई माननीय स्वयं होंगे जिनके ग्रेजुएशन परसेंटेज 70 से कम होंगे। समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि स्वयं को इतने ब्रिलियंट मानने वाले ये लोग ऐसे बेवकूफी भरे फैसले कैसे ले लेते हैं और उस फैसले पर इतना अडिग रहना तो और भी हास्यास्पद और अन्यायपूर्ण है। भगवान इन्हें ब्रिलिएंस प्रदान करे 🙏🏻
