Like they say "Another persons trash, is another mans treasure" Those are the best finds in my opinion. Someone not wanting something or find stuff just thrown away that you will put to good use is always the best feeling.
I found a 32in JVC being thrown out a year ago. Keep these. 32in is the perfect size. Wouldn't mind a 36in but they're heavy. Happy you found one man, great find!
2005 is pretty new for a CRT. It was right before CRT armageddon in 2006-2007 when bluray and the HD consoles came out. CRTs were phased out amazingly quickly after that and HDTVs had basically taken over by the time the new decade rolled in. It's usually hard to find any full size models made past about 2009.
