Broken Milwaukee Hammer Drill, Can I fix it?

This old hammer drill does not hammer, and the cord is frayed. Parts are mostly unavailable. Can I get it running again?

I just got a Milwaukee 5392-1 for free yesterday. I have some bosch and Milwaukee cordless drills and I was looking for something to mix ardex and the occasional drywall mud bucket. It needed cleaned up but seems to work good
