I totally agree. Cus was like a conscience for Mike and loosing him...he lost his voice of reason. He is still by far on the Mount Rushmore of boxing...if he had that solid voice of reasoning he would have been by far the greatest of all time!!
These videos teach you how to box!!! The way Tyson splits the jab by dipping and moving his hard left to right! Throws opponents punches off! The timing he’s counting punches! Two to three misses leaves opponent open! Body shot makes him flinch and drop his head then an immediate uppercut as opponents head drops! An uppercut under the chin with Tysons power is deadly literally! Beautiful offense
Watching those men take repeated punches to the liver, kidneys, ribs and the head just blows my mind, especially considering it is Iron Mike Tyson who is delivering those punches. " mike made him dropto the floor !" ( like a fly gets hit with a aerosol can ! ) lol
A prime Lennox Lewis beats a prime Mike Tyson!!!
You do know Mike beat Lennox back in the 80s. And no way. Lennox beat a way out of prime Tyson, don't be delusional. 80s or early 90s Mike would kill any version of Lewis.
@@theshapeexists u do know in the boxing history books the victory in 2002 when lennox won. Is the only relevant victory that matters!!
@@richarda3514 yea, the one where Mike was way out of his prime. Lennox never beat the b est version of Mike
Cus D’Amato!
I watch Iron Mike to learn from Cus as if he’s right here giving a lesson.
Imagine what it must have been like to be Mike, trained and living at Cus and his wife’s home, 24/7 boxing learning teaching strategy this is something no one will ever experience again…this is why I watch Mike…to watch Cus.
Awesome job on editing this beautifully made video
I truly believe if Cus had lived another 10 years you'd be talking about the greatest heavyweight EVER!The leeches got ahold of Mike and ruined him unfortunately.
PUSSY LAST LONGER than mentors.
The problem with all superstars at a young age and that's the downfall every time.
I agree. Tyson hung on to his short peak but just destroying an exceptionally talented Spinx. That fight could have been the start of his potential. But the combination of Cus dying, then Jacobs, there was nobody to tell him no.
I totally agree. Cus was like a conscience for Mike and loosing him...he lost his voice of reason. He is still by far on the Mount Rushmore of boxing...if he had that solid voice of reasoning he would have been by far the greatest of all time!!
against Tyson a lot of people would have refused)
These videos teach you how to box!!! The way Tyson splits the jab by dipping and moving his hard left to right! Throws opponents punches off! The timing he’s counting punches! Two to three misses leaves opponent open! Body shot makes him flinch and drop his head then an immediate uppercut as opponents head drops! An uppercut under the chin with Tysons power is deadly literally! Beautiful offense
Watching those men take repeated punches to the liver, kidneys, ribs and the head just blows my mind, especially considering it is Iron Mike Tyson who is delivering those punches. If I had had the opportunity to get in the ring with Iron Mike I would have used the 'Peek-A-Boo-Possum' technique: immediately after Iron Mike's first swing you fall to the canvas and play dead.
