- In this video I am going to show you how to connect your Seismo A13 Powder applicator to your Prestige A3+R DTF Printer. This process is simple and transforms your DTF Printer into a workhorse. I was able to work more efficient and complete a 20 hat embroidery order while printing these DTF's. Check it out and let me know what you think.

You dont need to waste paper every time this is what I do, those 6ft or so of paper waste just reuse it to feed the new prints back into the shaker using kapton tape. You only will waste paper once and the machine will function properly, remember you need to have enough powder at the loop before the vacuum cylinder if not the machine will dump all the powder at once since the sensor is not reading enough powder at the loop. rinse and repeat you only will waste paper once I hope this helps greetings from Puerto Rico!!

Thanks for the demo. You could add that scrape DTF film that had all those line on it to end of your sheet that your printing. Taping that to the end will save you some $$$ in the end.
Tried this. When it goes threw the oven the tape melts. Gotta start printing them feed film threw once enough is printed on.
A good way to save film is to start your prints first. As soon as enough has printed, then feed it into the next machine and do the rest of the steps as you did.
This is the best way and how I do it now.

I have a question
during your A3+ R unpacking you didnt go through the ink installation I am confused. because I saw many videos about A3+ they need to pool the ink using Syringe to the head of the printer. so did you miss that or this A 3+ r dont need that step ?

Hello, I had a question. I recently got a Seismo shaker, and a little confused as what to do once your last print comes out the printer. Do you cut it there n the roller end can pull it through? If it’s still attached and not printing the film never gets heavy enough to reach the sensor to pull the film through.
do they just make a ton of different designed machines? I have watched a bunch of recent videos and gone online and the A3+R machines all look a little different. What is the newest model/design that we should be looking for?
Does this printer have to be ran every day? Just needing something for when I am not in my office, I don't have to run out or worry with getting someone to run it!
Do you know what parameters setting needs to be set on the DTF station seismo 11?

Hi, I have the same printer and my printer white don't show while it prints out. when I print, I can only put it on white shirts. What do I need to do to bring my white back in my prints.

No problem. No, haven’t washed anything from the dtf printer yet. Just started using it. We will see and I will show when I wash a few items.
Do you notice any fumes coming out of the side of the oven when curing? Most other videos with this set up, though the exhaust is pulling up, there's still a bit of smoke on the sides. What's your take?
Yes. I think it is mandatory for your room to be very well ventilated and if it’s not you should use a mask.
With my Chinese shaker/oven the reps told me eventually you’ll have waste or sacrifice 6 ft. We tape on one end, use staples and heat tape to the other. I get like 15 uses before it’s cooked.
That’s a good idea. Tape them together. All this stuff is from China. They make everything. Very few companies manufacture in the US.
what are your settings on the shaker/dryer? I feel like the printer is slower than the shaking and curing and am afraid to burn the prints so I am feeling like im babysitting the machine which I shouldn't have to so much.
agreed, I had to set mine at 70 degrees farenheit because the prints were burning. I would love to know the perfect temp though, because I feel like they were barely curing. I'm in Utah
I have same set up. Printer is way to slow for that shaker….. already purchased the L2 from AAPS
If I start getting orders on a regular basis I will be upgrading.
Right $50 that’s skipping the drive thru a few times to invest in business they can even get the generic one at dollar tree to start 💪🏽
hey man i spent 13k on buying their huge bundle, they AAprint has already replaced the printer cause had nothing but issue after issue with it, have the new replacement printer and its still doing same as last one, it will not print no more than 3 when it starts the 4th it just stays there and prints a damn blob of ink they cant figure it out and im bought to send everything back, do you have any ideas?? I have the newest design of the A3 +R looks nothing like yours
As long as they are working with you to solve the issue eventually it will be resolved. All these dtfs have issues initially from the people I’ve talked to that purchased different brands and this brand. When you get the bugs worked out it’s amazing. I’m gonna advise you to hang in there and let them help resolve the issues. If they can’t then you get the refund but trust. It’s worth it business wise to figure it out.
Hi Allen, I got my unit yesterday but am having trouble connecting it to my bookmac, I later downloaded parallel windows, still can register. Any idea what to do next?
I run my software on a Pc the software is Pc only. I know you can run the parallel on a mac but I’ve never done that so I couldn’t give you any advice on it. Sorry. You might have to get a Pc to run it.

How much do you think that design cost you to make?
I have had problem after problem with my A3+ and then A3+-R... How do you let it sit and are you married to it like i have been for over a year now??
Is this Epson converted or dtf dedicated?
It is marketed as a dedicated dtf printer.
That is a question you would have to ask the manufacturer. I’m pretty sure the skeleton and some of the parts are the same but I’d like to think some of the inside parts might be different. I don’t know. You would have to ask the company that produced it. I am not privy to that information.

I got mine from AAPrint supply co. You can purchase one there or heat transfer warehouse. Both product links are in the description of this video.
The speed of this machine is based on the speed of your printer ?
No. They don’t talk to each other. You control the speed manually by adjusting the settings in the shaker’s menu.

just got one and it stopped printing mid print and now has 2 lights blinking . just a brick till I figure out how to reset or correct the issue
Did you contact tech support? What did they say to do to solve it. Sounds like your waste tank might need to be reset.
Save some paper , lots of space between images :)
Yes it is. I have to adjust the image in illustrator and take the space out and bring the images closer together in the software.
