He is the Co-Director of the Center for Sport Performance and Founder/Director of the Biochemistry and Molecular Exercise Physiology Laboratory. He is a Human Performance scientist with a PhD in Human Bioenergetics and over 100 peer-reviewed publications and presentations.

    Like Mutt and Jeff, Aaron and Andy are perfect, mismatched counterparts to each other. Aaron has just the right brand of irreverent humor to offset Andy’s impressive intellect. Great example of ‘edutainment’. Laugh and learn.

    Did no one suggest to AG to either take his cap off or turn it around? The shadows make the production element amateurish. If I’m watching a video then I’d like to see the eyes. Not shadows!
