I definitely used to get mad at my body for the pain it caused. I'd meditate, exercise, sleep, give it supplements, eat well including proper omega 3 balance, stayed hydrated, spent time in nature, use saunas, do yoga, shadow work, journaling, gratitude lists, massage, energy healing, somatic experiencing, EFT, EMDR, breath work, vagus nerve healing, walking with bare feet on the earth, etc. and the pain and fatigue got worse. Now I'm no longer mad at my body, I feel empathy for it not being heard. But now I'm mad at whatever mechanism put us on earth with a mind and a body with two languages so different it can take a lifetime, even if that, to ever understand each other. So I'm still mad, which is probably no better just because I blame something different than I did before.

No need to blame anything my friend, it's a journey of understanding. Take pride in the small pieces of information you pick up along the way, because they'll all help you make sense of the bigger picture 💪

For many years Drs would look at the puffiness at my collar bone and ask what that’s about. How in the hell do I know? Guess what? My lymph system is a disaster now with lymphedema from my belly to my toes. My feet and legs had to look puffy for anyone to finally pay attention. Were they all asleep in med school? Thank you for fantastic information to add to what I’m learning in physical therapy. 👍

How long has the puffiness been around your collarbone? Are you naturally looking into cleaning your lymphatic system?

I just came upon your video and by no accident as I believe it was My Lord that placed it upon my eyes to watch.
I used to have professional lymphatic drainage which pumping was done at both sides same time. I watched other youtubers which teach to do at same time.
Always felt better a couple of days after but always lymphatic was blocked. I stopped as my funds were really low.
Highly stressed a lot which could had been major issue.
Anyways thank you so much, i learnt a lot from your video. So blessed to have been under this teaching and wisdom. Love Australia ❤❤

I'm 71, don't presently have any pain. I've had YEARS of pain here an there throughout my life. For me, the knee, the shoulder, the hip, rib cage and collar bone were the worse. Only went to doctor for the broken metatarsal, the rest went away eventually.

I have been doing everything physically, including lymph massage/release having followed a few well known experts on it.
My issue is definitely releasing the resentment.
My family members whom I love but are most definitely making things hard are not people I can just walk away from.
So I have to find a way to release the negative thoughts they foist upon me.
My prayer and faith, yoga practice, breathing, meditation, sunlight, grounding therapy help but I need something more apparently. I still have pain in my left hip which I am told we hold resentment in our hips. 🤔

Integrating proficient physical body systems, subtle emotional energy breaths, thoughtful mature mind qualia, intuitive intelligent intellect zones, and jolly blissful spirit traditions/practices are helpful. Learning protections (kosha) for longevity, vitality, mentality, intellectuality & spirituality is my intention (sankalpa). So interesting thanks for sharing. Our lymphatic system is our amazing sewage system that keeps us healthy, which makes me wonder why you have so many tatoos. Our body doesn't no what to do with ink and dyes, so our lymph nodes store it to stop it contaminating our body. Unfortunately that's where it stays, limiting the function of our lymphatic system over time 😔
