"I just described at least 10 different characters. lol" Ryuko doesn't fit in there so I win. In a serious manner for what you asked me about, this video is solid. Even though I wasn't looking for anything anime related, this video was informative and told me things I didn't know (like numbers) which kept me in tune. I didn't feel the need to look away for longer than a second or two during the silent pauses, but when you were speaking my eyes were on the screen. From what I've watched and can type after finishing the video, I would recommend two things. Background music to undertone your voice. Present more fluctuation in your voice. I know these videos take large scripts to write up so reading from them can only give so much, but for the next one I would try adding more flare to your voice on specific sentences so it stands out more. Like when you make fun of an anime trope or talk about the "ecchi"/what's wrong with certain shonens. Those would be great moments to do that. Other than that, solid job, Kamon!
Just finished the video and I gotta say, this was really good. I always thought shonen were the shows like Dragon ball or One piece. Keep up the good work, and I can't wait for the 2k subs announcement.
You forgot Sports, which to be fair is the parent of battle manga, as they are pretty much the same thing. Also most of the “imposters” fit way better as Shonen than they do Seinen. Except for Claymore, that seems more like a Seinen. Actually Ecchi was created in Shonen Jump in their first issue, so it originated from Shonen. Although to be fair there were only like 8 Shonen magazines, 6 Shojo, 3 Seinen and 0 Josei running at that time, so there wasn’t many options for Ecchi to run in.
Yu-Gi-Oh Wasn't Really an Adventure Anime but It's a Card-Game Anime With Fantasy Elements Also You Forgot the Family Friendly Shonen Category (or Shonen for Kids)
Yeah that would have been a decent category but basically any show that would have fit into it would probably be a mislabeled Kodomomuke (shows kids below 12 like Pokemon) or have no demographic tied to it at all. Also any source I found on Yugioh listed it as some mix of Adventure/Fantasy so I will list it as such as well.

This means a lot bro thank you for the feedback. The voice over part is what I'm struggling with the most because of how nervous I get when reading

Thank you so much for supporting my videos!!! And yeah I've learned a lot while making this video 😅
