I worked for this company twice for a combined 11 years. All they are about is sales-don’t give a hoot about customer service. I left due to management retaliation, fixing of financial books and the lack of professionalism. And when I went to HR-I was told that I was the one that needed mental help. 10 months after I left it all hit the fan. I was called by a high up official in Memphis about what I had seen. I told this person if someone would have listened to me the first time much could have been avoided. Awful experience in the final 2 years.

You absolutely could. I’m working at Terminix and got my license about 8 months. I’m going to grow my skills and acquire as much knowledge and experience as I can and then jump ship to a smaller company. Hopefully not one that makes me work 70+ hours a week

Worked there back in the early 2000's. Hated it. Had us working every single Saturday. You had to have so many calls done a day. If you didn't, you had to work Saturday. Spent your nights calling people just to get an appointment to spray the house. But it was a pain to get anyone to let you come out. Then management wants to know why you're behind. After a while, your get up and go is gone. Would not recommend working there.

Truly Nolen is just as bad. They just want to sell you the service, even if you don't need it. A Truly Nolen guy came to my elderly mom's home and tried to rip her off by telling her that the lizard poop was rat poop, and it was going to cost $900 to eradicate the (supposed) rats. Luckily, I met him there, and I knew that lizard poop has a white tip, while rat poop doesn't. I could've reported him for lying and gotten him fired...but I didn't. Just watch out, because often they're looking for their commissions from the sales they make. They're NOT looking out for your best interests.

The opportunity only arises when you have given the customer a chance to mitigate it first. That’s how I roll. I’m not a service person, but I give them a chance to fix a problem, then offer my services after. Rodents in the garage. Offer putting food in metal containers and setting snap traps. Later if they still complain pitch a rodent service with bait boxes.

Clark Pest Control absolutely CRUSHES Terminix in terms of quality of service. My husband has worked for both companies. Terminix pushed 18-25 services per day with a can while Clark uses a power sprayer and only wants their techs doing 10-12 accounts a day. Quality > Quantity. Choose Clark every day of the week!

Nobody can do 19 stops a day and give any of them decent service,I would cap it at no more than 10 and only if they were within 20 minutes of each other.i started my own company why my old company changed ownership and put it in mandatory absolutes that no tech stays at an account more than 15 minutes and the GPS watched your every move and they would call me to find out where I was ,I always replied "you got the GPS ,you tell me where I am
