The cherry blossoms bloomed early this year, so our house is already full of the spring spirit.
We held our annual "couple's evening drinking party" where we enjoy sake while eating seasonal foods!
This time, we coordinated our menu with a tray of mamezara to match the mature evening menu.

いつもながら、器さまの季節を感じるお料理、素敵です✨ あさりの蒸し汁を使った茶碗蒸し、とても美味しそう。普通の茶碗蒸しとは目先が変わっていて新しい味を発見した気分です！(もちろん私が見つけた訳ではありませんが…💦) 今回は器ありきのメニューだったのかもしれませんが、バラエティーに富んだ調理方法で器の使い方の可能性を大いに感じることができました。木の器は前回パンで使った器ですね⁈ 素敵です！
