The Czech Coruna sign was previously saying "Coruna Virus" right after release

I remember, somewhere in Saint-peterburg was a sign, covered with black material(sometimes road signs with names of cities are covered with something if road is closed for players) and still you can see a text "Secret potato supercomputer". I tried to find it again, but cant. Maybe it was removed in new versions
