Running a bar is not easy. You have to have the right mentality, it’s a lot of long hours and in a place where everyday is a weekend.

Good advice I have been over 4 times now and the 4th time I meet a lovely lady on the first night and spend 21 nights fantastic nights with her and boy I fell head over heels so yes don’t break that 3day rule been back 2 months now and only just getting over it 555 (will not be doing that again) see you in January 😊

Those Farang bar owners just sit there with a drink in their bar watching their investment they put in somebody else's name go down the drain then book a ticket back home broke .
But the farangs always say they "own" their bar! 555 Never happens, most are leased or as you say 51% owned by a Thai partner
I have run into so many English Guys who do that, its there Bar but their GF runs it... and then she makes them pay for their drink lol

Great talk with the manager in this video. Have really enjoyed my visits to Camel Toe and the company when there.

Ha...I love reading the comments below. I thought I'd get some Thai knowledge gems from other viewers, and instead there's a lot of personal attacks on the lad Nibs. Poor bugger. Why come to watch a channel on Pattaya (which will always include bars) and then bitch and moan about the bar. Anyway, I always find the videos of use, despite having lived in Thailand 2012-2014...Keep up the good work :)
Snide remarks only expose the lack of character and empathy towards Nibs who had a rough start. At least he didn't give up which shows he is a true fighter.

I love the scanning system and use it when I can, but I do carry cash as well. I've nearly been caught out a couple of times as the BKK bank scan doesn't work for about 15 mins before and after midnight, of course they don't tell you that, you have to find out the hard way! Also if I start running up a large bill I check with the manager or cashier they accept scans because some bars, notably nightwish bars on soi 6, are cash only.

my oh my ... thank God he has a pool table in his club ! after a 17 1/2 hour flight covering 8600 miles from my home ... If his club didn't have a pool table there would be no reason to stay there - I would be very very disappointed and be on the next flight back home !

Camel Toe is run down crap hole, I visited there and the chair broke because of the chair was rusted. This is a crap hole
How long ago? I've just put a new tiled floor in, 3 new air con units, new customer bathroom and all chairs are repaired in every bar every Tuesday (we do checklists for wobbly chairs).

Checklist Tuesday is a fairly new thing. We've been doing it for the last 2 months and have fixed lots of things because of it in all the bars. I don't keep track of guys falling off chairs as it happens quite often due to the drink.

No, but I've seen them test the girls inside the bars with self-test kits.
sad to say but they don't give the girls a Complete test for all of the possible STD's ... and a once a month screening is a little too late for the visitors from the last 29 days that said HELLO to them

Have you actually been to Pattaya? Just Google retirement Thailand and you'll find all you need to know. Long story short, if you are over 50 and have some money, you can come here on a 60 day exemption, go and see an agent, like Mark from One Stop and you'll have your retirement visa in a few weeks. That's the easy way, but Google and see the options.

Soda is 50b. Beers are 69b if bought with a beer card. Its the 38 lady drinks at 155b which is a bit extreme and accounts for about 6k of that. That's an average of 1 lady drink every 2 minutes. I can only imagine the guy had a whole table full of girls that were completely naked. A totally optional investment but probably one that made him happy.
