What's an inch millimeter? ;-) Doesn't look like 42 inch millimeters.
Is the sector shaft on the hydro assist the same size as stock?
What about fluid for just the big bore? Will it need a pump to input more fluid since it is bigger ? Or can you use the factory?

No it works with factory pump.
It doesn’t require one but PSC suggests upgrading
