This Amazon PPC optimization tool is called Sellics Smart Campaigns. Not sure how effective were those campaigns as i lost my mind when the software created exact broad and phrase ad groups under one camapign. From what i have experienced so far, that's the worst way to set up camapigns and give control to amazon to spend all your money on broad match

Amazon PPC is better option because PPC work on Amazon algorithm base this means amazon grow your product according to your keyword and your revenue is also increase
