Creamy Gratin of Hard Cooked Eggs
8 hard-cooked eggs
2 cups half and half
2 tablespoons cornstarch blended with just enough water to make a smooth slurry
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/2 to 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese
Cinnamon-Maple Granola
4 cups old-fashioned (not "instant") oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 cup vegetable or coconut oil
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
Strawberry Butter
1 cup butter softened to room-temperature
1 cup (or up to 2 cups!) confectioners' sugar
6-7 large ripe strawberries, roughly minced

SUPERB! Every dish looked easy and delicious. The flower arrangement is so pretty. I had never heard of doing a hard boiled egg gratin - I want to try this . The strawberry butter will be a big hit with my hubby . I’ll serve it on slightly toasted croissants. Way to go Kevin - delightful video ! You make we viewers feel like we are being welcomed right into your brunch .

Wow! You consistently do a great job! I'm new to your channel and I absolutely love the first three videos I've seen. Because I have a fair amount of anxiety / stress when I am hosting at home, your make ahead / in stages recipes are right up my alley. Oh Lordy! Be proud of your well used baking sheets! I mean, I clean my burned on casserole dishes with Easy Off Cold. I just spray them and place them on an outside glass patio table. The yuck comes right off. But baking sheets? No way do I ruin a well seasoned well used baking sheet. You can even name them! Like Brown Betty or Black Beauty for the really old one. 😂 🌷

Had my daughter's family in for brunch yesterday -- birthday, Christmas & New Year celebration -- and everything was amazing. They kept going back for more eggs au gratin and croissants with strawberry butter, and the yogurt with granola was downright yummy. I make my own yogurt and add vanilla to it, which I think makes the flavor sweeter, more complex and satisfying. The granola did get rather soggy from the time I assembled it til we dished it up for dessert, so next time I'll wait til the table is cleared before I put it together. Having leftover yogurt & granola with cut mixed fruit for breakfast today! I tire of the same old things, insist on serving something new each week, so return to your website often for new things to try. Great job, Kevin!

I love fresh flowers, and have hosta, boxwood and ferns in my yard, so I’ll definitely use your flower arranging tips. The strawberry butter looks delicious, as does the cantaloupe and prosciutto, and I definitely want to try the egg dish! Thanks for teaching us how to make granola. Your Liberty Blue dishes brought me fond memories of holiday meals of my childhood - My mother collected the Blue Willow pattern. Excellent find on those Liberty Blue cups and saucers!! My paternal grandfather was from Lefkada, Greece, and taught me how to make Greek yogurt. I routinely make it in my large dehydrator now, and wish I lived close by enough to make and bring it to you for your granola parfait! What a lovely table!! I know your brunch must have been wonderful and that your guests are so blessed to have you for a friend!
