People pls keep in mind. If the farmer made spirulina flakes by drying it under natural sunlight then buy it. If it's dried in a machine to hurry up production which is not natural. Then, go to the farmer who's following natural method.

Algae are green plants that grow only in water. In Telugu Nachu mokkalu.
Spirulina is one belongs to that category. All algae are doesn't have medicinal values. But spirulina will have almost all vitamins except vit C.
Spirulina naturally grows in Sea/Oceans.. Because of toxins availability in Seas/Oceans it cannot be utilised to prepare medicine. So, manufacturers cultivate spirulina in fresh water ponds...
Can we collect it from rivers and lakes arround us? Is it useful?
No, You should not consume the algae collected from the rivers or lakes, because that might be contaminated with heavy metals and other wastes. One have to consume which is produced under proper supervision.

Explained all benefits to all Drs AP, Telangana, TN, Odisha, Jharkhand etc... Hardly can count on fingers Doctors who have accepted this product. And the reply from most of the Drs was patients need instant result, if I say to use for min 45 days for visible changes means they'll not come again to me. Patients doesn't have that much of patience...
Both the products were utter flop... The persons who used for more than 2 months have seen an significant improvement in their life style...
