It helps to tackle the situation. Lack of sleep leads to negative emotions so sleep well. Use your thoughts and body posture to work on emotions. Practice meditation, yoga, breathing exercise healthy diet. Work on short term and long term goals helpful to aware of thoughts. Embrace the truth and let go pain.
