Khudse acchi baate kare , khud ko positive bole, rozana exercise kare ise mood fresh hota hai , rozana meditation bhi kare. Apne emotions ko Jane de aur un aache beete hua pal ko yaad kare,rest kare , man ko distract kare aur us emotions ko Jane do. Positive sochne se bura pal mein bhi kuch acha dikhne lagta hai to positive soche.

This is my day 11 of the challenge. So what I took from the book was that how sleep affects performance. Lately I analysed this and started to go to bed half hour earlier and get up half hour earlier and god it felt so nice the early morning fresh air , chirping of birds , morning filled energy and calmness in me.
