NOLA Best Chinese food prepared by a chef from Hong Kong || and a local bake shop.

Today my sons took me to a very good Chinese restaurant --not too far from the French Quarter in NOLA.
There were a few groups waiting so I put our names down and came back within 30 minutes. The wait was worth while since the food is super tasty and delicious!
I found out the owner of the restaurant is Miss Shirley. Through a brief conversation with her after our meal, I knew why the food turned out so tasty. Because her husband is a chef from Hong Kong. They recently opened this restaurant in NOLA.
If I were living in NOLA, I would certainly frequent her restaurant. They flavors of the dishes are very heavily influenced by the Canton region and Hong Kong spices and textures. The best part is that the delicious dumplings are free as 'appetizer' and the rice vinegar cucumber is refreshing.
