- I heard all the hype now its time to check out AWESOME CHIPS here in Birmingham, freshly hand cut chips with a huge list of sauces and powders. This is defiantly something i wanted to try out.

£5.75 for a POTATO!!!
Not awesome at all. Just bog standard chips, lots of seasonings and sauces of course but the sauces are very watery and oddly dissipate after only a slight few minutes on the chips. Pricing is disgusting. It's just a facade. I actually did some work on one of the branches of Awesome Chips and was perplexed as to how they planned to make any money from it. After finally trying them I know why, because they just rip you off for nothing more than some chips and a little customer interaction.
Over priced like in big time.

Tried the blue cheese ones they are really good but personally im tight and would never pay that price for chips.
Blue cheese is vegetarian. They have now changes there recipe. Everything in this place is vegetarian.
Definitely need to try these. Where in Brum is it? Think I'd go with the dry powders over the chips then some different dipping sauces as they will get too soggy.

£6.75 for a large fries? If i went to tesco i could get 5 bags of potatoes,two containers of salt and a few bottles of vinegar for the same price! Years ago chips used to be working class food now they are for the rich.
I am Dutch Myself but this id never eat, in the netherlands we like crispy frys he dumps a shitload of sauce over the frys making it soggy
