  • This is now my favorite hotel in Bangkok, Thailand! Explore the secret spots and see my full room tour at The Saint Regis Hotel (aka St. Regis Bangkok) right near centralwOrld mall downtown. I love the gym, the spa, even the cold plunge here. The breakfast buffet is also nice.

    Greetings from California Nick. Great video. I'm headed to Bangkok in early November and have 5 nights booked at this hotel (thank you Marriott Bonvoy). Excellent tour and awesome video quality. Keep up the good work. Safe travels.

      The Bonvoy redemption rate is SO GOOD, right?? I loved the St Regis Bangkok. It was probably the very best of all the Bonvoy properties in Bangkok. Be sure to check out the cold plunge at the spa!! And hang out by the pool for me one evening before dinner. Have a great trip and thanks for the comment.

    Great resolution on camera. The clarity when showing your book was amazing. I could read the pages! Love the teddy bear in the lobby, not a fan of the shirt, but way different!

    Another fantastic info filled video Nick! The St Regis is another hotel I have not yet had the pleasure to try.....to date, what would you say were your favourite Bangkok hotels? I will be at the Sukhothai later in the year which is somewhere ive always wanted to visit and also a day at the four seasons which has been a dream of mine for many years

      Thank you so much!! That is a hard question, but maybe the St Regis? It depends what you’re looking for, budget, etc.

    I was debating on st regis or the kimpton, but i think i like the pool here better. Is there food served around the pool, or a pool bar?

    Hi Nick, thank you as always for your good reviews. Which hotel would you recommend in Bangkok between St.Regis and the Four Seasons? Thank you 😊

    • @nickgray
      @nickgray  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Bangkok has some great hotels, and some people are going to hate me for saying this, but I'd pick the St Regis simply due to the location. The Four Seasons is newer, and more modern (and more expensive) - but the location was so "out of the way" that I ended up in traffic for 30 minutes any time I wanted to leave or return. The St Regis location is so central, and I appreciated the butler service, and the cold plunge in the spa, etc. Have a great trip and let me know what you decide!

    Hi. Did the St Regis honor your Titanium Status? Was there lounge access, free breakfast for Elites? I’m booking a trip to Bangkok in September and want to maximize my redemption and stay with elite benefits and access

    • @nickgray
      @nickgray  25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      hello! Yes they honored my status with free breakfast. And based on availability you might get a room upgrade. There is no lounge so no lounge access is available.

    Aloha Nick,
    I will be there in a few months for the 1st time, and I wanted to know which property you would prefer, St. Regis or Athenee?

    • @nickgray
      @nickgray  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi! I have never been to the Athenee, but I asked my friend and he said it is a very nice hotel. The restaurants are good there at the Athenee. Personally I would pick the St Regis: the cost is less, I have more experience with it, I like the breakfast buffet, the butlers, the free spa access with cold plunge, etc. But I'm sorry I cannot give an honest opinion since I personally have not been to the Athenee.

    I don’t like hotels with open bathrooms.
    Small rooms 😢
