I've seen this video, I can't count how many times. What is as amazing as her singing is, also how focused she is on the song. The audience cheering, the judge is up and down in astonishment, but there is Amira, singing, not missing a note, word, or emotion. She's not just singing words she's a part of the song. 9 years old, the biggest day of her (young) life.God Bless you Amira.

She was an opera singer in a previous life and decided to come back to go further than she could last time, OR she wanted to continue where she left off and wanted to continue singing for ages. If the desire is there, you will be brought back until it comes to fruition, is spent and manifested. Very beautiful. I have watched this numerous times. Listened to a little Opera on occasion. Much more now since Amira arrived on scene. I noticed on the later performances on this show the judges or hosts upgraded there wardrobe. You knew they had an idea that the viewing audience was going to be bigger after this prodigy was discovered. What a talent. Will be one of the best ever. With Andre Rieu she brought people to tears. Well, she WAS 9 at this performance, in August 2013. She's now 14, and about 162 cm tall, and totally gorgeous - and her voice has improved greatly. Still unreal . . .

She basically (short versionXD) told the judges that she started singing on Queens day because her little brother played the violin and she wanted to do something too. So she looked on TH-cam for some songs and decided opera sounded nice. XD

How did I not know about this audition? Obviously been living under a rock. I've been watching "Got Talent" auditions from around the world for many years and, only by chance, got to watch this ABSOLUTELY amazing child sing for the VERY 1st time last night. Now having watched it for what seems like the 1000th time, I can't believe it never crossed my path before. I don't watch or listen to a lot of Opera but this song was sung so Angelic from this child, I was mesmerised.. Especially when she closes her eyes during her audition and belts out those notes, just melts my heart. Oh and that smile and joy in her eyes at the end of her audition. That got me too!!.Congrats to Amira of 2013 for winning HGT and to Amira 2019 and beyond, keep up the GREAT singing. I'll be watching your career & talent from a distance in NZ. I know it was 6yrs ago now, (6 YEARS!!), it bought a lot of joy to me last night Dec2019, and it will do so for me & others for years to come...Well done!!

She's just so beautiful, such a beautiful angelic opera voice. Love seeing the looks of amazement & disbelief ect, on everyone's face, at her gifted voice at a young age. It's priceless. I first saw Amira singing this song on an Andre Rieu performance on TH-cam. And maaan she's even more sweeter n Angelic in that, and sings it even better, & she sounded awsome singing it with Andre's Orchestra playing. If uve not seen it, u gotta see it.
