    I used to own the Syrp Genie II and Syrp slider. I replaced it with this unit as after a day of side by side comparison and thorough testing I found the Zeapon considerably quieter and significantly more precise in operation and at less than a third of the Syrp’s cost it was an absolute no brainer to switch over. Make absolutely no mistake the Zeapon is a well engineered kit and due to the nature of work that I do which requires very precise tracking, return & repeat multiple times the Zeapon so far has delivered the goods. Thank you for this review. I highly recommend this product over the Syrp.

    Hey Josh, great video! Funny, I just tested and reviewed this slider also (however, they only sent me the non-motorized version so that's what I tested/reviewed) but, man, I totally agree with you and think it's the best slider I've ever used at any price.

      Looking for my first slider - it's in my price range - would you recommend it please pal2tech ? ( XT-4 and Sony RX10iv ) getting into videoing !

    What about vertical shots with A7R3 with 70-200 lens and Manfrotto fluid head?
    Or minus the fluid head and swap it with ball head?

    This slider looks good but it does not have a tracking feature. There is no tracking rod on the slider.

    iFootage Shark Slider Nano does it with pan head rotation for the same price !

      Is it available? I see on their page that it will be available in May

      Yes, but the payload limit of the ifootage is disappointing, especially in vertical mode.

    I am glad that the price is very kind!
    Driving sound is also quiet.
    If you combine it with an electric pan head equipped with a rotation mode, you can get more stereoscopic time-lapse photography.

    Is the motorized Pan/Tilt head now available and where can you buy it?

    awesome video! been looking for something cheaper than Edelkrone and this seems to check the boxes, can you tilt the head while sliding in the motorized version?

    This is a great slider. For indie film makers like myself, this is a no brainer.

    One more question,THIS slider or Ashanks C400 that you reviewed as well?

    • @MomentumProductions1992

      It depends if you want a manual slider or not :)

    • @Purecast9
      @Purecast9 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey,one more thing,even though the Ashanks has far more load capacity compared to this,none of them have an auto pan axis,so if I were to do that manually with a fluid ball head/tripod head,would that be as effective?

    Awesome video man. Do you know if it comes with the parts to be able to convert it back to manual if you buy the slider and motor factory installed, or should I buy the slider and motor separate to be able to use it manual ? Thanks

      @MomentumProductions1992  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hey man, it comes with a wrench, but I’m not sure it can convert back to a manual slider. Let me see if I can do it and I’ll get back to you :)

    Liar! There is no such thing as 110% honest, there is only 100%, they sponsor a video means you are beholden, suggesting otherwise makes you a double liar
