Hey Ali, I think you should use the latest 2020 FA book. I appeared for Step 1 a couple of years back. The latest edition always have few extra topics and errata corrected from the previous year. I hope you would get your hands on 2020 FA pdf and get going again !

Haha, it drives me crazy. It's very British, but his overuse of it makes me wonder if there's some underlying guilt he experiences when he engages in these seemingly "self-indulgent" activities. A cheeky photo, a cheeky coffee, a cheeky spa session.

@@kristiqn9 Naughty. Like, "Oh, I feel a bit naughty for having a cup of coffee". It's very British, and they've got their own self-deprecating kind of humour, so it's hard to explain. I'm not British, I only have a vague understanding of it too.
Hahah yes. It just means "indulgent" and it's a very British thing, but also very much a part of Ali's personality, as you can see he's an extremely focused and dedicated person, so any tiny indulgence probably makes him feel guilty he's not spending the time doing something more productive :)

I recommend you downloading the Anking deck for USMLE. It’s much more organized, continuously updating and contains screenshots from various resources including firstaid and memory anchors such as sketchy and pixoeize. An additional benefit is that the cards that you’ve studied for step1 and are still relevant for step2 are tagged for step2. This means that you can keep those without suspending after taking step1 exam and spontaneously you are already half prepared for step2. Wish you the best ❤️

Of course you can. I think doing questions is more valuable than lectures and reading. These methods of studying are not efficient. Doing pathoma, first aid , sketchy and BnB with anki should be enough

That never helped anyone. You should know the basics and then you can search for small obstacles, major work you always have to figure out on your own!

I don't really agree with what you said about the AnKing Deck. It is not without context. Each card is tagged into subsections and also includes the relevant page of first aid. You can do your fancy low yield outlines then unlock based on different tags like GI path or Cardio Physio.

I have been a fan of Ali for three years, and the "skills" I learned from Ali's video have transformed my life. One good example is that I got 750 (98 percentile) in GMAT mainly because I adopted some tricks from Ali. I personally like the Study With Me series mostly because the series is an outstanding mix of daily Vlog and practical examples of efficiency. Hope Ali can produce this kind of legendry series more. Of course, I understand Ali needs to make "How to" and "tips" to attract views. However, I just like this practical Study With Me series more.
